The company is a absolutely great, they are really fast and responsible; they will do whatever it takes to make sure that everything is working. They will not rip you off. We have been with them many years with different houses and we are very grateful to them.

This company went above and beyond for me. I was without A/C and had been dealing with another company because of a warranty. I was tired of waiting for the part and AireServ honored my parts and labor warranty before I could transfer it because they knew I had been without A/C for 2 weeks at this point. Everyone I talked to in the company was awesome and Neal and Joey were great, very professional. They explained everything to me and made sure my system was working properly before they left. They also made sure they cleaned everything up before leaving. I would definitely recommend AireServ.

By FAR the most professional, informative. and efficient HVAC company I've worked with. Jesus and Joe are the best in the business and were punctual and answered all of my questions. They even corrected a few items the previous company incorrectly installed.

When I called the office, Beth was good at explaining what would occur. She explained the pricing and then set up an appointment. Neal and Josh showed up on time and got to work. They were careful about not leaving a mess. They did the job in under 2 hours and our house smells fresher.

Was having cooling issues with my newer YORK system that was installed by another company (in 2021). YORK referred me to AireServ since they're certified to work on my equipment. I can't say enough good things about AireServ. From the office staff (Beth) to the repair tech (Jesus), they were wonderful. They only care about helping you.

When our 22-year-old central A/C system bit the dust last week, my son recommended Aire SerV of Melbourne, since he had used them to install his new system and was happy with their overall performance and ongoing maintenance service. I can say we were not disappointed. We upgraded to a 16 SEER York system and have been pleased with every aspect of our purchase, including the initial diagnostic visit by Frank Ingo, their Field Supervisor, the sales visit by the owner, Grady Stewart, who carefully explained all options and benefits, and the 2-day turnaround for a SATURDAY installation by Frank along with their installation supervisor, Neal Gugenheim. (He said his family missed fame and fortune by one "g"! LOL!) These guys are the consummate professionals. They arrived precisely on time as promised, completed a neat and clean installation, and left the work area spotless. (See photos) The system has been working flawlessly since last Saturday - and just in time for our houseful of Thanksgiving visitors! Thank you so much! We will definitely continue our relationship with your company far into the foreseeable future. It is nice to know there are still reputable companies doing quality work out there!
