$385 and a few days later my leaky shower head remains leaky.

🚩The first red flag was when the plumbing department couldn’t provide an estimate or quote before coming to inspect the issue.
🚩Then my girlfriend tells me the plumber had to FaceTime multiple people to help explain how to remove the faucet.
🚩All that he could do was clean the valve as they needed to order a new piece and that would require a second visit (starting at $200)
🚩We were told Raircon would send a receipt and quote via email to replace the valve but that still hasn’t arrived
🚩l called customer service and was transferred to a woman that could not speak English. So she asked me to text her my problem so she could translate it and get back to me
🚩 I never received the information after reaching out. I called again, they put me on hold and hung up

Overall this is been a terrible experience and big waste of money. Nothing was fixed, the problem, persists, and the company is not communicating with us

pretty bad service I experienced from an AC company. I hired Raircon to do a maintenance AC coil cleaning Job for a property I manage on South Beach. They are claiming they cleaned the two AC units at the apartment, but after careful inspection, the two AC units was in the same condition. I had to get a mold inspector to provide proof that this company didn't do the job. However, they keep blaming everyone expect themselves. In addition, I provided the owner of Raircon with photos and with a professional inspection report showing the AC still had mold and dirt.
Its extremely disappointing that not only they charge the owner $475.00 to clean the two AC units, but they also got paid more than $13,000 to replace the entire two AC units.

Furthermore, they now don't want to go back to clean the AC or refund the money to the owner of the property even after I told them the AC coil was still dirty and with mold. I gave them the opportunity to do the right thing, but they still keep blaming everyone. photos don't lie

Have used the plumbing services with this company in the past with good results. However lately the company's customer service level dropped to a complete disaster. The various departments don't coordinate between each other; I tried 3 different times to get plumbing work done and new AC installed; no one even bothered to get back to me with the price. As a real estate investor and owner of multiple rental properties in Dade and Broward counties I am crossing this company off my list of reliable vendors.

Very disappointed. In 2018 they charged me $1600 to install a tankless water heater which recently stopped heating (April 2022). I asked them for help. They responded they would not service the tankless heater but they would be glad to quote me a new one at $1300. I have used them for plumbing and a new AC they sold and installed for me and I’m not happy with them. Something happened to them after the pandemic. Not the same company and people.

DO NOT USE. They are scammers. Please investigate, you will see plenty of cases like mine on line and they are true. Raircon is a scam, they will install faulty equipment to scam you into paying for their services over and over again.
I bought an air conditioning unit for my condo at nearly $5000 cost in 2020. less than a year later it stopped cooling. They came and repaired it (to be fair, for free) and admitted it was a faulty installation and the unit was leaking gas.
Now a year later I had exactly the same problem again. I called an alternative contractor since I don´t trust Raircon any longer and they confirmed that there was a gas leak on the valves, not anywhere else. They also confirmed that kind of leak is usually intentional, left by the repair service so that the client has to call them every year.
I called them to take care of the issue and they refused to come unless I pay them $220 in advance.

Phenomenal end-to-end service! From the moment my AC broke down I called the company and the receptionist was very nice and understood the urgency behind my call. The technician visited my house within two hours and seemed very knowledgable and friendly. After a quick inspection he found what was wrong with my unit and fixed it by end of day. All in all, a great service and a very fair price for the level of professionalism. I highly recommend!

Don’t waste your money calling this company. 15 days after getting charged $550 for a plumbing service, the problem has resurged and they’re stating that THE COMPANY GIVES NO GUARANTEES. They are quoting us another $480 to come and solve the problem that they DID NOT SOLVE in the first place.

Delighted with the wonderful service I received, from the first phone call. Everyone I dealt with was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. The air conditioning unit is perfect, and very quiet. I have no hesitation in recommending this firm to others. Thank you!

Great company ! Very nice customer service upon calling. My friend recently bought her home in Florida. Due to her busy schedule she asked me to find an AC company as her AC seemed to have gone out in the middle of the night. I was on it and found this company. Best thing ever. A other companies had a waiting time for technician of 24 hours. She needed her AC soon. AC tech was able to meet with her after she got off work (worked around her schedule) and was able tk make magic happen ! She is super content in her new home, especially after an amazing job. Great employees and helpful service. Recommend this place !
