They had quick response time. Followed all CDC guidelines in the middle of the pandemic. Answered all my questions, friendly techs. I HIGHLY recommend them!

I finally found a responsible AC company with great value for what you get. Very respectful of property. Very knowledgeable of services and answered all my questions. Recommended only what I needed. Would highly recommend.

This company was promising. Sold me a new AC, services, nice and friendly, and then when asked to pull proper permits for a project, they ghosted me ❌ avoid them

I contacted Kingdom AC for maintenance to my ac unit and cleaning. I was so happy with their work. Very professional and great prices. Owner came by and was such a lovable person. Very attentive.

Horrible. Do not hire this company to do anything on your property. I purchased a brand new AC unit from Kingdom Air in October 2014. Before the end of 2014, the AC stopped cooling. When the techs and owner of Kingdom Air came to my property, they explained that the unit stopped cooling because sometimes the units are not completely loaded with gas when they leave the factory and that they failed to confirm upon installation. They loaded the gas and assured me it would not happen again. Since that incident, I had to call the company 2 more times for that same reason. The last time I called the company, the owner told me to "never f$#@!ing call again". It is now May 2017 and I have been without AC for about 2 weeks for the same exact problem. I finally got a real company to fix the problem today and am proud to report that I am sitting in a nice, cool living room. Save your money and do your research. This company has a C on the Better Business Bureau site and 5 complaints. I have read several other reviews regarding bad equipment and their lack of customer service. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.

Horrible Company & Worse mistake of my Life!!!!! Do not hire this company to do anything on your property’s. I purchased multiple Units from Kingdom Air this year in April 2019 for (1) for one of my buildings and were in June 2019 and (2) of them only work in fan and are not cooling and (1) of them does not work at all. I’ve paid them already in full and they have refused to come and address the issue. I called wife & husband owners of the company numerous times and they stated that I needed to stop calling them because they have their rights. I have also requested the warranty’s and the manuals and till this date I have not received nothing. All the owner does when you call is get upset but this happens when you pay in full and after you pay in full you get a lot cursing and a lot of phone hanging. First advise always search for a company’s review then go directly to see their product and never pay in full up front. I have read their reviews and their company is very embarrassing and they lack big time with there customer service. I would not recommend this company To No One!!! Run….. DON’T USE THEM NEVER!!! IF I COULD GIVE YOU NO STARS I WOULD.

Been doing business with them for many years. Very reliable and quick response. I have referred them to many family and friends and all have been thankful and satisfied. Would highly recommend.

I would have they where good but they don’t honor the warranty. My problem came back the owner told me to use someone else. Mind you they fix it less than 2 months ago.

Honestly I’ve never been more satisfied with a job. I’d highly recommend this company, fast and effective. Thank you so much!

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE ......OWNER tried to rip us off..............waited all day and kept telling us they were on their way once they got here they Tried to price gauge us to pay $450 dollars to tell us the problem........... STAY AWAY. the owner is a crook. Worst experience with an AC company. Good thing AC companies in south FL are a dime a dozen......!
