Koolray Heating & Air Conditioning

I was previously using a different AC company for our Lennox system and after a month of back & forth & hundreds of dollars I was told I needed to re-wire my system. I was introduced to Ray & Tracey at KoolRay and I was so impressed! It was a thermostat issue and while we waited for the replacement to come in they set us up with a different thermostat so I wouldn’t be without AC. They are honest, polite, fairly priced and come when they say they will! I was so impressed I signed up for their maintenance package which was a steal for the quality of service.

Excellent work! Attentive and professional. Our AC units basically shut down a week ago in the heat of summer. Despite a busy schedule, Kool Ray was able to get us Lennox air conditioners at a very fair price and installed them the very next day. I would recommend Kool Ray to anyone with HVAC needs. With many options to choose from, my husband and I appreciated how Ray took the time to make sure we got what we wanted and the estimate was very reasonable. While very friendly and polite, they did not get the job done properly. Evaporator coil needed much more thorough cleaning and should not have been reinstalled until cleaning was completed or new one was purchased. Blower was very very dirty along with other parts that were obvious after personal inspection afterwords. When health was already a big issue, this needed to be done properly.

Kool Ray was super helpful with our broken air conditioning needs. Local and family owned they made sure to have our unit repaired in a timely manner and the prices were on point. Highly recommend them for any of your air conditioning needs.
