My company and myself have been using USHAC for several years for plumbing, electrical and HVAC and it has been only the last 2 years that i can tell you their service has severely dropped. Customer Service is horrendous, they have a manager BerMarie (not sure spelling) that makes no attempt to compromise on situations that is wholly their fault or responsibility. I have had plumbers come to do work that have repeated what i already did and left without resolving, when contacted USHAC said, "it was not their fault and they would not send someone back out unless we paid again." Installed a new HVAC unit and had immediate issues. After a few attempts to fix with zero results, they stopped coming and decided to say it was fixed. When we complained they stated they would no longer do business with us. Since this company has gone Corp. it has lost its sense of customer service and with a manager like this BerMarie showing no empathy or professionalism, it is no wonder my new Vendor is saying they have acquired so much new business from USHAC's recent poor customer service.
