Heat pump was not working. Have had 4 companies out, each presenting large bills or trying to sell a new system but never fixing the problem. U.S. Heating and Air Conditioning sent Jonathan out and he located and fixed the problem within 30 minutes. My heat pump had never been wired correctly . Jonathan tested both heater and air conditioning before leaving. Very pleased with the service.

Juan is amazing, always accurate, courteous and knowledgeable. We never want to have anyone else to service our equipment.

99 year old house full rewire. Replacing some original wiring. Required wall cutting to access wiring. Justin Wells oversaw the entire process. He was professional, responsive and always looking for solutions that would cause the least damage. He was excellent.

Stephen Brown was on time and very knowledgeable. He was also very patient with us when it came to the financial part. Very happy with the job he did.

I like the technician (Stephen Brown) , but USHAC is hideously expensive. Over $900 to install a simple faucet in the kitchen. And it wasn't really a fancy faucet.

Nicolas was wonderful. Did everything he needed to do to tune up my HVAC units, explained things to me, and gave me tips on how to properly maintain my system.

Joel R. And Oster were very professional and I believe did a great job and also cleaned their work area. But I believe the customer should get a paper receipt for their records.

Craftsman was very professional. He let me know what expect during the repair work. He was able to find and repair two leaks. He also did a job of clean up afterwards.
