Air Tech repair of Central Florida

Had a really great install new unit new system from airtech needed one small issue corrected they came out and fix the small situation I had did excellent work very courteous very professional would recommend

I have a service agreement with Air Tech of Central Florida for my office as well as our home so obviously have used their services for a long time. My AC stopped operating at home tonight so I reported the emergency on their voicemail when prompted to do so but did not receive a call back. I called again and left a message but never heard back. This company is clearly not to be relied upon. I’m very disappointed.

Jeff has been at my place several times. Always knowledgeable and friendly.

Luigi and son Aaron installed wire netting around AC pipe housing to keep critters out of the attic. Additionally evaluated living room ceiling for condensation that was reported by roofing company to be caused by AC. Found holes and leaks in ceiling and took photos and videos with report for me to provide to my HOA. You guys were great! Thanks for everything!

I had a coolant leak they couldn't find. So they recommended I change my entire unit. Fine. I paid $3600. When the installers came out they were supposed to replace the copper line under my house, which I paid for. But were obviously lazy and made excuses as to why they couldnt do it. They refunded me $100 for not replacing the copper line. 1 year later, my AC IS STILL LEAKING COOLANT BECAUSE THE LEAK WAS IN THE COPPER LINE WHICH IS THE ONLY THING THEY DIDNT REPLACE. I call them up, and the manager refused to help, and says I need to pay $900 for them to replace the line. The same line they only refunded me $100 for not doing. Then the manager lies and claims I threatened him and hung up on me! I paid $3600 to fix a leak that was never fixed! $%&# this company!

My technician was very professional, courteous and explained everything in a way I could understand. He also remained on site for quite a while to make sure the air conditioner continued to work properly.

Jeff Davis was great. Quick to the house for the repair and quick diagnosis and repair. Signed up for the yearly service based on his response. Thank you.

Earlier we called a different company “A/C mechanics heat n air” they spent two days and concluded that this ac can’t be fixed and need to replace the external unit. We called air tech before spending money on replacement. Oscar came in and fixed within 20 min. He was also there with the portable ac for back up plan. Great job , expert employee.
