Teck can and diagnosed the problem quickly and fixed the improper wiring problem. Then he had to reinstall the thermostat to bring the correct option to fix the problem. Had Charlton not tried the reinstall. We would have had to return the thermostat as incompatible with our system. With his experience and know how he fixed the problem quickly and the AC with the new WIfi thermostadt is working as expected.

My husband and I have used this company in the past and we are very happy with them. Everyone is very courteous, professional and helpful. We also feel that they are very reasonably priced.

My main AC unit died and I needed something new. The unit was old so I had started planning for a replacement. The unit managed the main floor including a main floor suite. I looked into providing a separate zone for this bedroom. With traditional damper solutions this would be very complicated, but with newer mini split systems I could have a separate blower units for the main floor and bedroom. The mini split units could also connect to my existing ducts which some alteration. While looking for providers I generally found that this solution was very expensive. Air Tech was the only provider I found that could deliver this at a reasonable cost, just a bit more than a nice variable speed air conditioner. They were great to work with and I've been happy with my new LG system. This was a very complicated job that not many companies are prepared to handle and they were able to get it done and working great.

The Friday of Labor Day and, of course, my Grandmother's a/c goes out. I started to call a few companies around 7p.m. AIR-TECH was the only company to call back and within it was 20 minutes, one called much later and another never called at all. The service technician called immediately with an eta and was at the house within 11/2 hours. I am extremely satisfied with their promptness, professionalism and the fact that they repaired the unit that night! Jeff, the service technician, was great and very informative. Great experience on a holiday weekend.

Have used Air Tech for air-conditioning, heating and now plumbing issues. Third time's the charm. Turned out my plumbing issue was a simple fix. Two other plumbing companies sent out untrained techs with zero results. But collected their fee. So glad to finally have a company who is fairly priced with knowledge technicians.

Friday after 6pm service call. Tech sent text with photo to confirm. Arrived promptly. Addresses problem quickly and efficiently. Polite and very helpful.

Love these guys. We bought a condo, had the inspection and got the green-light on everything. 1-month in, A/C broke and had to call the AirTech team. We should've had them check the A/C prior to buying, would've saved ourselves a lot of headache. We were fixed right around the hurricane time and these guys had us up and running ASAP. Signed up for their bi-annual check-up as well. Couldn't recommend a better team. 5/5 stars would recommend.
