Very good service and extremely helpful. I ended up calling on the weekend and needed a capacitor. The owner told me stop by and pick it up for a reasonable price. After I picked it up I had wiring troubles and the owner was extremely helpful and got in his truck to save my family from a hot nights rest. His service price was fair and he asked if I had any questions before leaving. When I need a replacement ac I know who I’m calling!

Great Guys. Top Notch Work. They were able to come out on a Sunday, which was impressive. Brett reviewed what was wrong with our unit, explained our options, and gave us his honest opinion without shoving any option down our throat. He was responsive to our texting, answering all of our questions and got us up and running quickly! We ended up getting a full new system, as our system was 11 years old. Similar pricing to our old system with a different company, and we have a bigger and better system. So very pleased with the cost! Their install was clean, precise and timely. They are hard working local guys and friendly as can be. Terrific experience.....HIGHLY Recommended!

The Air Guy charged us $250 for service call and to diagnosis the issue with our AC. He said the AC ( which is less than 2 yrs old) had a broken coil and he would have to order the part which would take a couple of days. I asked him if the $250 would go towards the repair, he said no. We need to pay him $250 for service call and diagnosis. We paid him $250 for no real solution. I feel ripped-off.

Came out to fix the unit, as a home inspector said the heating was not working. Was told that the entire unit, inside and outside, needed to be replaced...$8500. Turns out it was a bad fuse, bad thermostat and needed a little freon. Total $440.00. We had to tell him what the problem was. Simply unbelievable

Amazing Quality and Service. They responded immediately, and on a Sunday, no less. Kenny is a true tradesman and identified the problem and corrected it quickly and efficiently. Even replaced some worn wiring, because, as he said "It's the right thing to do ". Would never consider using anyone else. This company "Rocks"! It's been over two months now since Brett and his team installed a new a/c unit in our home and our electric bill has consistently dropped 30%. Love this company.

You need Air Conditioning in Florida! Brett and his crew do the work without taking your for a ride.

I called Brett after finding his business online to diagnose and repair my AC. He responded quickly, diagnosed the problem and fixed it within a few minutes. That kind of service is so hard to find. Oh, and this was all after 5PM. Charged a fair price and with a handshake he was off to his next call.

Update: 2 years later I needed a new AC system , the estimate was on point and service impeccable. Very satisfied with the results.

It was about 8:50 p.m. on a Friday night when we realized our air conditioner was not working. The house had already heated up to about 83 degrees. We were wondering who were going to find to repair an air conditioner that late at night. We called Air Guy Cooling and Heating and immediately Brett (the owner of the company) answered his telephone. We told him what was going on and Brett told us he will head over there right away. About 15 minutes later Brett showed up and diagnose the problem with the air conditioner in about 10 minutes. It turns out that the previous owners of the house (we had just purchased two months ago), had neglected to service the air conditioner and it caused an issue with the performance of the air conditioner. Brett service the air conditioner for us and it was back up and running again. Brent was a very nice guy, provided us with excellent, rapid service and he was very knowledgeable in his experience with the air conditioners. We are going to recommend Brett to all our friends family and neighbors. In today's day and age it is very hard to find somebody like Brett and we are going to be lifetime customers of Brett and Air Guy Cooling and Heating. Thank you Brett.

Brett, the owner, had responded over the past few years to keep it going.
He was reasonable with service calls and very timely.
But it finally needed an overhaul.
I was 100% satisfied overall and I highly recommend this company.

I currently bought a new house only to find the AC would not keep the house cool on hot days. I contacted Brett and he set up an appointment that worked with my schedule. He showed up on time, is very friendly & professional. He quickly found the problem, fixed it and had me back in a cool house at a price I was happy with.
