These guys are the best. Previously they found a problem for me mis-diagnosed by another company, saving me thousands. Most recently, they came to diagnose a problem and let me know that we might get a solution quicker with another company that directly deals with the HVAC manufacturer. Sounds like “Miracle on 34th Street”. I will always use this company!

Wow what a great find to stumble across Bob Stapleton Heating and A/C. Nick was more than professional and helpful. Being out of state and hearing I needed to replace my whole AC unit at a cost of $6000 I was shocked. So I reached out to some neighbors and was told to call Bob and have his team look at it. I am so glad I did! I didn't need to replace my AC at all! After Nick's inspection it was found that a capacitor went bad. Easy fix and less then $200 for the service call and parts! It was nice to find a true professional that does the right thing! I will always highly recommend Bob Stapleton Heating & A/C
