Steve from Bob Stapleton came out. They said it is going to take a while to fix, so they have scheduled us 3 different tines and NEVER showed up at all. The person answering the phone lies to your face. We were told 2 different times we are on the schedule an they will be out on Wed, then Thurs, and now it's Friday and they still have not showed up. No call nothing from them. I would NOT recommend this company to do business with. Called someone else and they were more than happy to come out today.

A/C inop and called Bob Stapeleton’s. Very quick response and an AC unworthy of repairing. New instal the next day (promises one or two days and they did it in 1). Professional, pleasant and courteous. Brynton did the installation, Nick did the diagnosis. Couldn’t have had better service.

My brother and I called several times with no answer or return call and my mother's system that is broke on a 2 nd time fixed not fixed repair on a new system less then a year and a half old.

We have used Stapleton’s service for over 20 years. We have also had repair service, installation of a new AC, and annual system maintenance over the years. They have always provided excellent service.
