Had a semi annual maintenance done on our AC unit and had a part replaced that was starting to wear. Felt it was worth the minimal cost since we are out of state for the summer & renting our unit out. We have used Blume Mechanical for 5 yrs, ever since we bought our condo.

After originally going with another company, I was lucky enough to speak with Tye Blume from Blume Mechanical services. My AC was out and the other company had told me it would take 7 to 10 days to get the part needed to reapair my unit. I talked to Tye and it only took him 2 days to get the same part. So, 2 days later he sent his technichian out, OZ. There was an underlying problem that the other company had not diagnosed. Oz worked all day and finally figured out what had caused my compressor to fail. It had something to do with faulty wiring. If I had continued to go with the other company the compressor would have failed again because they never found the root of the problem to begin with. My hat goes off to tye and Oz for their proffessinalism and promptness. Not to mention, they charged me around $500 less than the other company quoted me. I will always call Blume Mechanical services for any future AC work. Thanks again, Bill Price

I have used Blume Mechanical to service my home AC unit a couple of times over the years. They do great work and are honest. Scheduling was easy and they let me know the arrival time. Two people arrived to do the work and were fine with having to go on the roof of my 10+ story condo building. They cleaned up after themselves and wore masks when inside the building and inside my unit. I will be using them for all my AC needs moving forward.
