The team at Air & Aero Heating is remarkable! Sean is very professional and knowledgeable. I've used their services twice and have been very happy. Sean takes the time to explain the issue and how it will be fixed. Quality work for a fair price! Sean is respectful of my home and is COVID19 compliant.

Air & Aero was one of four estimates that we sought our for an estimate. They were not the cheapest, but they came to do the estimate on time and they were thorough (including looking at our ductwork). They had a quality system with upgrades for a great price. We got the Trane! We upgraded our ac system and heat pump and could not be more satisfied. The unit has been in for 2 months now. Our first post-installation electric bill was $100 less than the previous months. (August vs September bills) The system is working perfectly and our air is cleaner. This company was on time, had great communication, and delivered everything promised with a smile. We are recommending Sean and team to all our friends. They are the best!
P.S. On installation day, the team observed a bird attack on a squirrel nest in our trees and rescued the baby squirrel that fell out of the nest. They rescued the squirrel and it has grown to be a healthy, happy, wild squirrel! :-)

I called in the morning with a broken ac unit. They were the only company in the area with availability by the afternoon. They worked quickly, explained the situation, and by 3pm everything was fixed! Shout out to Sean who was awesome and walked me through the whole process!

When I asked Sean about a quote for replacing both interior and outdoor unit (per the recommendation from a owner of a different company), instead of going along with it, he mentioned it might not be necessary to replace it. By looking at the picture that I sent him, he offered to replace the heating kit, quoted me way less than my original quote for replacement(couple hundreds vs over one grant), and checked availability of that part right away (vs the owner of the other company that said it might take months to get that part without checking).
During the process of of repair, instead of getting the whole kit replaced, he was able to just replace the board that was damaged. He was very professional and provided great explanations through the whole process. After the repair, he made sure the issue was fixed. You can tell that his intention is to get the problem solved!

Sean and the Aero team provided outstanding service to our home on the last visit when the AC went out. He diagnosed the issue quickly and gave us options to fix the issue within the air handler. He was able to fix a complex issue which others have suggested replacement of an entire handler. As a customer I value Aero's service because of: being on time with scheduling, ability to figure out the issue quickly, upfront communication and disclosure of issues, cost and options of fix and quickly getting my unit up and running.
