Very polite attentive company. Called two.days in a row and got a same day Appointment.Sean Wang did an awseome job. He was called out two days in a row both days he arrived on time. And always very Thorough to let us know what he did What can be done to prevent this and that and how we can maintaine and check our unit. Five stars across the board!

These technicians came to evaluate our RV air conditioner bout 3 months ago. We truly thought they would recommend new air condition. They did a through assessment of issues
Ian’s repaired for less than 100 dollars... still working awesome after 3 months and counting. Technicians very polite, helped educate us, very knowledgeable and competent.we would most def call again or recommend.

Great over all experience with Air & Aero!! Sean is extremely knowledgeable about hvac systems. Highly recommend. Great customer service as well! We’ll be using Air & Aero for future hvac needs.

My AC went out sometime on Friday. UGGG! Called Sean at Air & Aero who offered to come that evening. I said no so he came on Saturday morning and spent 2 hours diagnosing my system. Found out the fan motor died. Called around for an open parts place but couldn't find one so he picked up one this morning, installed it, and now my house is cool. Yay! Can't say enough about how thorough, helpful, and attentive they are. And they are transparent with the costs of parts. Their prices are really really reasonable. Can't recommend them enough.

Very professional, couteous, thorough. Explained everything and I felt comfortable to ask questions. Appreciated the detail documented in the invoice as well. Loved that their system sends a text alert for arrival time estimate.

Everyone was very friendly. Answered my call. Arrived when they said they would. The technician knew what he was taking about, was polite, and even would take his shoes off when he came into my house without being asked. I have nothing but good things to say about them. I would highly recommend this company.

I was not impressed by this company at all. The first time they came out to look at the unit, the technician told us that he "wiggled some wires, turned it off, then turned it on." The unit started cooling again and then stopped.

They came out a second time, after I told Nancy (the customer service rep?) That I did not want the same technician. I got the same technician (Sean Wang). He came up and asked if the unit was working, my girlfriend said ,"For now" and then he laughed in her face and walked away.

After messing around with it for a while he replaces a part that he said, "I should have replaced this part when I came out the first time." Why did this not happen then?

The only reason it got 2 stars is because the unit is still cooling. Lack of professionalism could sum this review up.

Sean is very professional and knowledgable. He doesn't mind giving all of his knowledge to you to keep your AC system running.

Kevin, was excellent and took time to teach me about the system in my house which will help me keep the system ruining good.

Air & Aero was able to come out the same day I called and Kevin fixed both of my problems quickly and for not much money.
