This is an amazing place to use if you need any heat and air services. They'll be the only place I use from here on out. I was greeted by a very nice , respectful, helpful gentleman. He took the time out to tell me what was going on with my unit in terms I could understand. And you don't really find that anymore. He was so ,so nice. His name was William Shi . Such a helpful person. He actually reminded me that there's still kindness and care in humanity again. And I needed that reminder. He didn't try and do a rush job. He made sure the job was done correctly and most likely permanently. Some of these places will come out and get your unit running again for a certain amount of time knowing that it'll only hold for just a matter of time and you call em back out and so and so and so on . But not this place or that nice gentleman. I would really like to be able to thank him again for going the extra mile for me and my a/c unit.
