World’s Greatest Heating & Air

I have bought HVAC from William in the past. He’s a great guy, very punctual and professional. He set all the right expectations for my project and was prompt to get me taken care of. He is a great salesman but only sells you what you need. I would definitely purchase from him again.

William with World's Greatest Heating and Air came out this week. I needed some help on a project. William was fantastic. He arrived on time; he was courteous and professional. Most important, he was very knowledgeable. He completed very quick with no errors. I would definitely recommend World's Greatest Heating and Air, and I would definitely recommend William.

My AC condenser unit outside wasn't turning on after most places were closed. I called World's Greatest, and they sent someone right out! Turns out, I was the first customer in Jax now that they've opened an office here! They sent William out right away, and he was great. We had to wait until first thing in the morning to get a motor, but he was right on top of it, and got it installed quickly. The price was also less than I expected, especially for a call that would usually be "after-hours".

My air conditioning quit working at 7pm on a holiday weekend. I called several places and World’s Greatest was by far the nicest to talk to. William came out and topped off the refrigerant and got everything back up and running. I would highly recommend them.
