    It is always a pleasure to deal with the professional, efficient and friendly people who work at Airpro Service Company. I use them for air conditioning service and repair. Even during the hottest months of the year, Airpro is always, 100% of the time, there for me. I have never had to wait an unreasonable time for an appointment. And in the great majority of occasions, close to almost always, they have given me an appointment the same day I called. Their customer service is exceptional!

    Speaking with Suzy on The phone was a pleasurable experience. Unfortunately they sent Rick to my home. Rick was condescending and acted put out when asked questions. When asked if he would pressurize the system to check for additional leaks he said, there aren't any other leaks. My wife informed him that Suzy said it would be 24 hrs to pressurize the system and locate the leaks he very rudely asked if we wanted him to fix the leak or not. I very happily paid the service fee to get Rick off my property. I ended up buying a new system from a company that actually values their customers.
    If Rick had just been a bit more professional we would have spent 6 grand with airpro instead of one of their competitors. I would only recommend this place if you can be assured Rick will not be stepping foot on your property

    I am the kind of person who tries to give positive reviews more than negative ones. My experience with this company and Rick today was atrocious. I will give him due, he came in and evaluated the problem with my HVAC unit. He explained to my husband that he did not know what was going on and that he would try to switch the outside control board. He returned later on that evening. As a paying customer who is not an expert on HVAC I asked him some questions for clarity. I am a first time homeowner and just wanted to know what was going on. He was very short with me. He grew upset because I asked him the policy regarding the system if it stops working. He yelled at me and said clearly iv'e never had a machine that stopped working and how he does not know whats going on and does not appreciate the questions. He started to walk towards my back screen door threatening to take off the part that he put on. He said I had 60 days warranty and if it stops working they will come back out. When I called the office and spoke to Susan and told her what had occurred she proceed to make excuses for this mans poor behavior and tell me that he was the best tech and that if he was upset it was because he's had a long day. I am a strong believer in good service. I cannot believe this just occurred in my home. This company does not believe in quality service. Save your money and go somewhere that can at least pretend to want your business.

    I had to call this company again because a week after they cam e to fix it the unit stopped working. This time The technician was Gary. I am the kind of person who is honest with my reviews. I will tell you this, Gary was wonderful. He took the time to answer our questions. He told us about our unit. He was very professional and did a great job. There is nothing better than having someone treat you like you like you matter and take the time to be kind. I will recommend Gary to anyone. I have changed my rating from one star to 3 stars because of Gary.

    Airpro Service Company is A+ rated and certified by BBB, and they lived up to their reputation with me! They are a service provider for my home warranty through AHS, and I was initially referred to another inferior company who never contacted me. Once, I was assigned to Airpro, everything went smoothly. I was scheduled withing 10 minutes of being assigned to them, the technician was on time, and service took less than 30 minutes. We are completely satisfied and I would recommend them to anyone. I noticed the two 1-star ratings from the same person from different email accounts with the exact same review -- that's a dirty trick and says more about the reviewer's character than anything else. Keep up the good work, Airpro!

    Rick came out and got the old Lennox working again. Everyone needs AC in Florida during the summer. Dont hesitate! Just call. Great service. Very professional. Very polite. The lady who scheduled my appointment was also very kind. Thanks Rick and team!

    My wife and I woke up one day to an A/C unit that wasn't working. It was a Friday and we were sure we would have to suffer through a 90+ degree weekend before we could get anyone out to service the unit. That was before we called this awesome company! Gary made an extra effort to come out the next day and ge the unit up and running quickly. The unit has never run this well the entire time we have been living here. Gary was extremely nice and gave an extremely fair price for the amazing service we received.

    I recommend Airpro to anyone who needs their HVAC serviced.

    I was assigned to AirPro from my home warranty company because I have a Geothermal unit. Suzy (sp?) was very friendly, accommodating and eager to help me out initially. They even made an exception to squeeze me in on Saturday, I was told. I don't recall the gentleman's name who came out but after reading the other reviews, it must've been Rick. He let me know that he couldn't service my well pump and offered to switch my unit over to city water, which I declined because I wanted the pump repaired. He offered to inform the warranty company that I needed someone to service the well pump and all was well until...

    After the well pump was repaired, the unit was working but the temperature in my home was going up instead of down (88 degrees, anyone?) so the well pump guy said I needed to have the A/C folks back out to fix that issue. He actually told me that Airpro could have connected me to city water and repaired my A/C when they were here. I'm not sure why they did not, if that was the case. I called Suzy and told her what the problem was and she said that it had to run for a while. It had already been about 4 hours. She suggested I call back at the end of the day. I found this odd because if the temp was rising, what difference would it make? I actually, gave it a full 24 hours and called back and she told me to call the home warranty company and have them re-called to my home. I did. However, instead of the prompt response I got the week before when they were hoping to get my business, I didn't get a call up to 24 hours later. So, I called back and Suzy claimed to not even be aware of the email I received the day before about them being re-called. She was also pretty rude and rushed me off of the phone because she was on her cell phone. I got a call back from her about 30 minutes later informing me that the claim had been cancelled by the warranty company and that I were not in their service area. (Huh?) She said they only came to me on Saturday because the warranty company asked them to. (Huh?) She told me the cancellation happened the day before which is odd because until I called her, she didn't even know it existed. When I called the warranty company back, I asked why it was cancelled and they said that Suzy transferred it to another company because they don't service Geothermal units. (Huh?) I'm not sure why she told me something different but I will say that after they came to my property, they treated me totally different than when they were vying for me to pick them over another company.

    Very unprofessional, in my opinion.

    Airpro has serviced our house for over 20 years now. They last installed a complete new system about 4 years ago which operates just fine. Rick stands by his work, and was always very timely about responding to any problems we had over all these years. I am very pleased with Airpro's services and prices and wouldn't go anywhere's else should any need arise.

    They have been to our house several times. What I like the most, is they understand that our house is either too hot (during the summer) or without heat during the winter and come out really quick. Ok, so Rick is more of the quiet type, not really wanting to talk, wants to get in fix the problem and get out, not much of a talker. That's ok - I leave him alone, he fixes the problem! Gary on the other hand, visits for a minutes and is always friendly.

    I saw the previous reviews and had the same negative experiences. Rick was condescending and does not like to answer questions. He threatened to tear out the parts if I did not pay him a very overpriced fee. I paid it just to get rid of him.
    On a positive note, his work was very good.
