I have had the pleasure of working with Arctic Fox for over 5 years. They have installed two AC units, repaired a third and have been back twice for other maintenance. I would not have any other company work on my AC systems.

Artic Fox has an awesome service. My AC was dripping water and I schduled and appointment. Monica was the person that answered my call and was very nice and efficient. Ariet came to see the AC, he was on time, explained what was wrong with it and fixed it. Very professional, he cleaned up after he was done and he did an amazing job.!! 1. when you have a new install it would be nice for you to place a sticker on the unit with your name and phone # for future reference.
2. consider for your company to provide mats for carpet protection if unit is installed where there is existing carpet.
