Thank you so much for your service. This gentleman was honest and could have Charged me a lot more. But chose to be honest. Initially we thought it was the compressor which was 2400 but he found the real problem and ended up paying 485.

I have been using Air Rightaway's services for quite a long time, I would say more than 10 years. They have afordable prices on all services and repairs they provide and most importantly is the professionalism, responsive and good people they are.

Rafael and Alvaro cleaned or AC ducts and they were GREAT! It was something I needed to get done but was dreading the mess. Luckily they were extremely thorough an made sure to clean up and put everything back in it's place. They also cleaned my Dryer vent and it was MUCH Needed. Gracias Rafael y Alvaro.

They quoted me $1100 to replace the coil and Freon in the indoor ac unit of my home, the next day they said it would be $1780 since “the contractor forgot to mention that it’s no longer under warranty” and “it’s not my fault.” When I told them I got a quote for $2100 to replace not only the coil and Freon, but the entire indoor unit, they texted back with a thumbs up emoji. When I asked if $1780 to only replace coil and Freon seemed too high to them, they replied “honestly yes.” This guy is a scam artist, avoid.

The reason I'm posting a bad review, is because Rafael replaced an A/C and did not register the machine for warranty. The machine was installed incorrectly. Rafael visited 3 times the property without solution.

I know the machine is the cheapest one, but it is not working properly because was installed incorrectly.

The answer from Air RightAway when we asked why they did not registered the machine for warranty is ......For some reason the registration didn’t go through, and then they say the unregistered machines have 5 years warranty.

If according to Air RightAway, the unregistered machines has 5 years warranty, why never apply for it and help a client?

I had to hire another A/C technician and he tried to apply for the warranty, however the company told them, no warranty for unregistered machine.

The answer now from Air RightAway, there is nothing they can do, just leaving us with the issue with no support.

Why would anyone want to work with a company that when you have an issue instead of trying to help you solve it they disappear.

Now I have to replace a machine that was installed in 2020.

Air Rightaway is not giving us warranty for their work.

Please think twice before hiring this company to work on your A/C.

Aside from this review I have filled a report with the Florida Department of Business & Professional Regulations.

At this point I would like for the company to issue a full refund for the HORRIBLE JOB.

The team at Air Rightaway were punctual, quick, and upfront about what needed to be done. They flushed my AC unit and performed a checkup to ensure the system was functioning properly. You can tell they take good care of their customers, and their rate was very fair.

Very glad I found this company. Very responsive, honest and super affordable! Resolved my issue very quickly and happy to answer my questions. Highly recommend them
