Fleming Brothers Services

As reasonably new Floridians we had no experience working with local contractors.

When we had issues with your AC unit, we did some research and after many recommendations, we gave Fleming Bros a call.

Since we have had occasional issues and each time Fleming Bros have been dependable, reasonably priced and most importantly trustworthy.

This time we had a drainage issue which flipped the cutoff switch which had us waking up to a 95 degree sweat box.

Called Fleming Bros, (on Father’s day weekend no less) and received a call back from Tristan who was at my door within 30 min.

In spite of the horrendous downpour, Tristan was professional and very thorough as he ran through his checklist of issues to rule out, educating me all they way through.

He had us up and running again within an hour and it was clear that he loves what he does which means that he takes his time to do things the correct way.

I honestly don’t recall the last time the unit was as clean as it is today. We have been using Fleming Bros for the last 2 years and I don’t see myself going anywhere else.

Love! Love! Love this company. I've used them twice now, once for a major repair and the second time for maintenance. They're very professional, responsibly priced and respond right away. Tristan ~ one of their service reps repaired my a/c and provided maintenance. Both times it was a pleasure doing business with them. I live in a three story condo and it takes two different ladders to get to my unit, they've never complained about it and have always had a smile. They're a true gift & I appreciate this company and it's employees.

I would highly recommend using Fleming Brothers for all your AC service/repairs. I've been using them for about 5 years and they have always met my expectations. They are very affordable, honest, and professional. They also respond quickly to your needs. They sent out Tristan the other day to repair my AC and he was very knowledgeable and professional. He identified the problem and fixed it right away. Great company!

Fleming Brothers has restored my faith in contractors! Local Cooper City family company that actually cares. My first impression was speaking with Tracy who answers the phone. Not only is she a pleasure to speak with, she is also very knowledgeable. Tracy didn't just book an appointment based on my call - she advised me what to do on my thermostat to see if I needed a call, and told me call back if her fix didn't work (said they wouldn't be able to do anything that day if my unit was iced up which it ended up being). When I called back, Tracy got me scheduled promptly. My 20 year old unit was hurting - I could have put a bandage on it, but opted to get a new unit. I was given a few options of available units and once again, they got me my new unit quickly. Dave, Joshua and team came to the house to install and were so nice and friendly, it felt like I have been doing business with them for years! After installation, I had questions, and Dave was gracious enough to stop by between calls (I didn't realize he actually lives up the street from me!) to address them for me in person!

In closing, I just want to say that in my 33 years of living in Cooper City, Fleming Brothers is truly the best contractor I have ever dealt with. They are a great family business, and treat you like you are part of that family. I highly recommend them for all your AC needs.

If I could give 10 stars I would!! From my first phone call this was hands down the best service of any kind I have ever had. I called around 10 and the job was finished by 2pm, amazing!!! The woman on the phone was fantastic and she had the part I needed ready before I even knew I needed it. I never write reviews but I am just so happy, and my hot family is happy, that I had to say something!! There are still caring and honest people in this world!!

We called Fleming brothers services today and they wasted no time. I was a bit surprised to have a technician out so soon. We really needed this hvac repair considering how hot it has been lately. Tristan was a professional and on time. He quickly figured out what needed to be done at a fair price. Looking forward to call them in the fall and do twice a year maintenance on this unit. Thank you!!

My AC was down and we were desperate to fix it asap as it’s summer in FL. One of my neighbors recommended Fleming Brothers, and they were great!! Tristan was excellent and changed our ac motor. At first, we weren’t sure if we could connect the heater to the motor as our ac model is super old. But he was able to connect the heater as well.

I had an emergency over the weekend. AC broke Friday night, called about 4 different companies. Fleming Brothers was the quickest to respond, gave me a window of 11-2:00, but was there at 11:15! My tech was Tristan, and he was incredibly professional and nice. He was very knowledgeable, patient, and diligent. I got lucky, it was just 2 capacitors, so I didn't have to replace the whole unit. Tristan did not try to upsell, or find all these other issues. Just fixed the problem, and had my place cool again in a couple hours. I will always use Fleming Brothers now.

Our AC stopped working during this crazy heat wave we’ve been having. The issue started Saturday morning and Doug was out here in less than an hour after calling. Their weekend/after hours rate is incredibly fair and lower than most.
It was pouring rain when he arrived. Doug waited out the rain, which we were very thankful for since the heat in the house was awful. He went up on the roof where the unit was located and had the AC working in less than hour.
Fleming Brothers exceeded all expectations with their commitment to helping us get the unit working in spite of the weather, professionalism and fair price.
Highly recommend them!

I called at 8:30am on a Saturday after our AC went out in the night and Tristan was here within 20 minutes. We had multiple issues and he patiently worked through them all and got us back up and running. Always excellent service from Fleming Brothers and Tristan was great.
