Very professional service, went to their place to pay for the AC and I asked them if it can be installed today, they said yes.They came the same day and installed the AC in just 3 hours. Was perfect installation. I got the best brand Rheem from them, my AC space is limited, and I got the 2.5 Tons smaller Rheem that fit perfectly in there. COOL AIR EVERYWHERE IN THE APT.
They answered all my question before I bought it, they know all about it.

Your sales rep called Daisy is one of the most horrible sales person I ever came across. She was inpatient and rushed me out of the phone. I was merely asking basic questions and she did not know the answers. We needed to replace 2 x 56000 BTU units but she said she did not know what that meant in Tons. She had me ask a third party technician the specs in tons before calling again. WOW.
Bye Bye Daisy. I will get my AC some place else where the Sales Reps actually care about the business. Never again.

Horrible service. I walked in and waited to be attended patiently. Everyone looked at me and no one asked if I needed help. Luckily a customer was the one who helped me with my situation.
