Are the plumbers supposed to wear masks when coming in people’s homes? Overall the service man was awesome! On time, listen to was I had to say and work with me on some task he would come back at a later time for some other plumbing issues. He said just let them know.

Michael was great. Very communicative, showed up early, cleaned up after he completed work, and his prices were very reasonable. He is my new go-to plumber.

We had an emergency today—water coming up through our foundation slab in our master bedroom! My mind immediately went to worst case scenarios. A phone call to First Choice Plumbing reassured me, and they were able to send someone out the same day. Will and Robbie were quick to identify the problem—a cracked water pipe under the slab—and they fixed it all within 30 minutes! I was so impressed. The price was also very reasonable. First Choice Plumbing will definitely be my plumbers of choice from now on! Thanks guys!

Thst at least two other plumbers had missed and it was fixed in 4 days!!!

I paid them $150.00 to come out to repair a leak. They told me they could not and left and collected $150.00 dollars to tell me I needed to call up Moen faucet company and get a replacement faucet. They also told me they had no seal kits in the van. I thought this was odd that they could not repair a leak when that is what their business is supposed to do. One guy did not even know what a reverse osmosis water purifier was. Are these guys really plumbers? I still have a leak.

Updating my review. They came out and checked my plumbing, told me they would email me an estimate, I never heard back from them. The young lady that scheduled the appointment was nice and has good customer service skills. The gentlemen that came to give me an estimate appeared rushed and frustrated at what needed to be done. The two stars is only because of the young lady customer service skills! Otherwise it would be a one.

My service tech was in time and very nice. He explained to me in great details the reasons of my problems with my toilets and tub back up. He got the job done and would highly recommend his services. His name was Micheal! He even did the work when it started to rain. He made sure the work was completed so that my kids and I could use the restrooms. 😁

First choice was absolutely amazing. Calling in my problem was seamless and efficient. They said they would have someone out within a couple of hours and it was even sooner than that (which they asked permission to do). Will and Levi came out and were super nice, very helpful, and worked very quickly. They diagnosed the problem and fixed it right away at no extra cost. I highly recommend this company.
