We had a home renovation that required the replumbing of three bathrooms, and one kitchen sink. We went with First Choice and it was not a professional experience. The kitchen sink was simply forgotten, tho it was part of first estimate. After a while, we just took what we got, which was the replumbing (elementary, not difficult) of three bathrooms. Will is nice man, but he and his crew acted like it was a favor for them to even show up. The contract, which stipulated the work be done in reasonable time-frame, took 3-4 MONTHS. There were so many no-show appointments, and excuses. When the work was FINALLY done, there was an immediate, significant leak in the master tub plumbing - a half inch gap in pipe that my husband had to spend an afternoon repairing. Really surprised at the shoddy workmanship. I seldom post such a negative review, but this is not an exaggeration.

Mike was super helpful, very knowledgeable and professional. He came out same day and did an amazing job. I highly recommend First Choice Plumbing.

Needed a toilet that wasn't working properly fixed and Mike came out the next day and fixed it and explained what the issue was. I got an automated call from the company when Mike was on the way and they gave me a one hour window and he was there during that time. Thumbs up.

Admittedly, this is my first experience with a plumbing company and perhaps this is typical but I would not recommend these people for any work at all. Also, we didn't actually hire them. We had our walk-in shower completely remodeled and the tile contractor used them as a sub-contractor to replace the shower fixtures.

They don't show up when they promise. They installed the wrong type of fixtures (they brought chrome where we ordered brushed nickel) and it took them over a month to come back with the right fixtures. And the worse part was while the plumber was changing out the fixture, he, for what ever reason, decided to tell me a crude sex joke that was extremely offensive. So, if you like lecherous plumbers who won't come when they promise, ones who can't do the job right the first time and then take over a month to correct their mistake, then these are the folks for you.

First choice did a great job, I have used them a couple of times for a commercial building. Pricing is very competitive and they are very responsive and polite and professional. Highly recommend them !
