Exceptional service and quality of work by Charles Berg! Cindy and her team are amazing and have unmatched professionalism. They were quick and helped resolve a major issue on a weekend night. They delivered and installed an outstanding product and we have seen great savings already in the first couple months since the installation. You can trust them to be honest and transparent during your entire experience. I would recommend their company hands down.

Andrew was an absolute gentleman, even with my toothless Chihuahua nipping at his feet. My unit is a year old, installed by a company the house builder selected. Andrew shared important information that I don't recall being given from the other company. I initially hired Charles Berg at my former home, they are a top rate company to me.

Why did we choose this company? Because they had good online reviews and they were on our side of town. Why am I taking the time to write a review myself? Because they were awesome! The worst case scenario is when your AC goes out in the middle of summer in Florida but thank goodness for Charles Berg Enterprises! They were able to come out the same day and did great work. Our AC problem was complicated but they explained everything well and were able to get it taken care of quickly. It was obvious from every interaction that we had with Austin and his crew that Charles Berg Enterprises prides itself on honesty and customer service. This is a mom and pop company with upstanding morals and values. They run a company they should be very proud of. We could not be more pleased by their work and their kindness! If you need AC or heating work done in the Gainesville area these guys should be your first and only choice!

Charles berg company gave great customer service were very professional were very knowledgeable the gentleman's name was Andy the other two team members didn't get their names but I thank them when I went to their office this company was caring nice took care of the problem right away Charles Berg is one of the best companies that I've dealt with in Gainesville Florida they are very professional they go out of their way they take care of their customer. I would recommend them to friends to my customers where I work at lived in Gainesville for 30 years their business been around since 1967 that should tell you something right there. Thank you

Quality work at a great price. Have used Charles Berg Enterprises to work on my home (air conditioning / duct work) and work (air conditioning repair / refrigeration repair). They've resolved issues that have plagued me for over 10 years... They took the time, found the problem, and fixed it. A great family owned business that does great work. Highly recommended.

A big thank you to Charles Berg, AC for the help they gave me on December 16, 2019. My thermostat on my unit died so I called the company that maintains my unit. They installed a new thermostat, $99 for a service charge and $240 for a thermostat, I turned on the air the next day and nothing. So I called them back and another $99 for a service call, they wanted over $700 to fix my 17 1/2 yr old unit. I then called for quotes to replace my unit. Kevin from Charles Berg came over to give me a quote, upon inspection he fixed my unit, and it did not cost me even close to $700. These are the nicest, most honest people I had the good fortune to find, they certainly have my business now!

I was having some problems with my outside handler this week and called CBE. They came out same day and got it working temporarily. Unfortunately, it needed a new handler and they can be difficult to come by right now. But, CBE came through fast! They found a unit and replaced mine the next day. The tech was great; very polite and always let me know where he was in the process. He worked hard so my AC wouldn't be down very long. Everything went well except that I woke up freezing this morning. Thank you Team Charles Berg Enterprises!

Charles Berg had the best quote for a variable speed system, and they did a fine job installing it. I've experienced superb customer service since then. I won't go into specifics, but they have gone the extra mile in regards to service; not something every company would do. It wasn't a huge deal, but it made a big difference to me. Charle Berg is a family owned business spanning 3 generations. It is clear that customer service matters to them and they strive to go that extra distance to serve their customers pleasantly and fairly. I have only good things to say about this company.
