Our 1966 air handler was starting to leak so we decided to get it replaced before it got hot. Charles Berg Enterprises was fantastic in getting the old, complicated, system out and the new one installed, in one day! I swear some of the parts of that system need to be in a museum!! We can’t say enough about our great experience. Charles Berg Enterprises is a well oiled machine with great, honest and knowledgeable employees. From the girls in the office to the team that came out and replaced our air handler and ac unit, they were all professional and super knowledgeable. Our technician, Pedro, was one of the best we’ve ever had! Will be requested him from now on. Chose this company after moving in and finding out the previous ac Conpany left town. Pedro knows the meaning and value of excellent service. I’d highly recommend this company for annual service and beyond! Don’t forget to ask for Pedro. He exceeded our expectations doing little extra things without us having to ask.

Unreliable business to start a job. Vice President visited my home after requesting a quote for installation / replacement of a whole unit. 10 days later I'm yet to get a response. I called and asked the office several times . I even left voicemails directly to the one that was out here. but never heard back from him/ them. I told them I have other quotes to compare. Maybe they felt couldn't compete? Who knows what happened. Would you want some Company do a job in your house with that kind of response? I was not informed of any emergencies or an ETA on quote. Other companies got back in 24-48 hrs. No personal last names are allowed on replies. Thank you.

I highly recommend using Charles Berg for a new home a/c or service and repair. They have been very professional, friendly, and are honest and reliable. I recently had a bad blower motor on my unit that was installed by my builder in 2011. I had no idea that it would still be under warranty. They could have charged me for a new motor and labor, but informed me that the part was covered under warranty. I paid a fraction of what I anticipated. Again, I cant say enough about how great they are!

You learn most about a company when there's a problem. After my last service call, two months later, a panel in a different area of the A/C unit came loose, causing a horrendous noise. I was a month past the service warranty date (1 month), but Charles Berg still came out and resolved the problem free of charge. That's great customer service.

Charles Berg Enterprises just completed a full replacement of my HVAC system, and I could not be more pleased with the experience and outcome. From the moment I first put in the service call to the process of providing payment, Berg's team was exceptionally responsive and transparent. There was not a single moment I was uncertain with the service they were providing. As a first time home owner I was pretty stressed about the undertaking of getting a new HVAC system. Berg's team cleared up all my stress, and made the process as easy and pleasant as possible. I'm especially grateful for Andy who saw the project from start to finish. He was top-notch in every way! THESE GUYS ARE AWESOME! I called them to get an estimate on replacing my A/C system because I was told I needed a new one by another company, Kevin from Berg Enterprises went through the entire system and said that we only needed to repair a leak. They came out the next day and fixed it and now our AC is working great!

This company always provides us with prompt, courteous, professional service. The repairmen are knowledgeable. They carry a variety of the most common components so they can repair your unit quickly without having to go back to the shop or order parts. We wouldn't call any one else.

I had an issue with my AC after a phone call they had someone out within the hour and he was able to fix my issue and also give me suggestions for how to keep my AC running better. I was so impressed that I sighed up for their bi-annual service. Very honest and affordable company!
