Elite made an appointment in a reasonable timeframe, moved it up when they had an opening, communicated well and did an amazing job cleaning the seawater supply on my AC system. A difficult task was done professionally and effectively. I highly recommend them.

This company is one of my favs. A great owner and an amazing staff. They are always responsive to my emails when I need parts + supplies and have them ready at the register waiting for my pick up. Not only are they helpful when I call the front desk, but their are service techs that even pick up their cellphones when I call in need of help. Brandon is an invaluable asset to the company as he's always picking up the phone if I have a problem. He's patient during the troubleshooting process and is super-knowledgable about the products. I have used Elite Marine and Brandon on 3 vessels I have ran and worked on, and he’s been a complete life saver. The whole team is great, but i was in a real pickle, with the owners leaving for the Bahamas the next day, we tried everything to get the AC’s to stop faulting and didnt know what else could be done. We called Elite Marine and Brandon came out and solved the problem in a couple hours and then everyone was happy. Awesome service.

Elite Marine AC is incredibly reliable. A reputable company that stands by their work. They’re always quick to respond to voicemails and when other companies ignore them. Our technician, Jim, was genuine and knowledgeable - very down to earth. Would recommend them 10/10.
