Very professional and knowledgeable. A previous A/C company installed my unit wrong, with the coils upside down. Aloha was able to correctly diagnose and correct the problem. It was a great relief to work with a company that knew what they were doing.

I do not recommend this company. I over paid for a unit (4,500 for 3 ton Rheem) then it was installed very poorly, (it's in my Attic, and when ppl see how it was so badly they don't even want to help me!) They sent 2 drug addicts to do the install who used my bathroom to get high and take a shower! Then 2 years later the coil went bad, and even tho it was under warranty, they wanted 750$to replace it. Now the compressor went bad, which is under warranty, and they want $850 to do that job. I'm so disgusted with this company. Go anywhere else.
I'm going to have to get a whole new unit shin I'm afraid and this one is less than 4 years old. Horrible!

Bought an AC from this company a little over a year ago. It has issues ALL the time. So I figure if the company's product is faulty, they'd understand and take care of it for free. NOPE! Called this morning for service but they didn't tell me the price. Service guy arrives and of course, I ask the price before he gets to work. $180 just to diagnose the problem. $180!!! I was in shock. He said it's just because it's the weekend and it's just $95 during the week. He could've given me the $95 price and called it even for the deception but nope, now my AC still doesn't work and I wasted time arranging the service. Last time I go through Aloha Air.

Great Company! I called and Jared got me set up with an appointment at a time that worked for me. The tech was awesome in locating the problem and providing a solution. These guys are honest, fair and take care of their customers. Thanks.

They did a great job from diagnosing the problem and then coming back to fix it. Both techs were thorough and professional. They left everything clean and tested before they left. Would definitely recommend and I will call them again if needed in the future

The service person arrived on time and very professional. I have used this company for a few years. I am very happy with the service and will continue to recommend them and use them myself.

I believe in aftersale service. In my research they said the are 24 hour. So Not 24 hour as there website claims. My unit is 1 and half years old and just stopped at 10 pm.
Called and just got Tim’s voice mail. There website claims “who will come out at midnight”
Well I can tell you no one picked up a phone at 10pm ...never mind midnight!
Called another three times and still does not pick up or call back. Even sent email. NOTHING!

My initial impression of my technician was not spectacular, but tge Owner Jim, and Jared on the phone changed my opinion. Their sincerity is genuine. Jim cares about his business and the works carried out by his company.

I was very pleased with the job Alohaac completed. A big improvement over what I had before. The best results out of 3 other job estimates. Very professional. I would recommend to friends.

Super irresponsible service! I was waiting all day and they just said “we have no idea when tech will get free so u can try to wait for him till the end of the day. If it will not work you can try to wait for him tomorrow”. HORRIBLE ATTITUDE. Don’t waste your time with this company find someone else.
