We have been using Aloha now for several years at both our old place, now or current home as well. Riley came out today and assisted us. He was spot on time. He was extremely professional, efficient, helpful, and friendly. He went the extra mile and helped us with a thermostat issue as well. We have an annual service contract with Aloha. Their prices are in line with other companies. I will continue to use them, and would highly recommend their services.

We called Aloha Air Conditioning in Ft. Lauderdale on Tuesday morning from our home in Sacramento told them about the problem we were having with our A/C system at our condo in Ft. Lauderdale. They set up an appointment for Thursday morning at 8:30 and had a new fan motor installed to the system and we were told by our neighbor who met them for the repair, it was done and by 10:00am the condo was cooling back down. They were very professional from the initial call to their office employee all the way thru of the repair. I was really pleased with their service and response. Thank you

I'm sure Aloha can do good work judging from the comments I read, but in my case, it just didn't work out. I called Aloha on last Friday morning to get fan relay replaced, but mainly to find out why the AC was not blowing cold. A technician came our right away, replaced the relay, and said the air handler was dead. They charged me $295 which I guess is high but in the ball park, and said it would be credited if I replaced the air handler. I don't know what good a new relay is when the air handler is dead, but he put the relay in first. Oh, well.

Anyway, they texted me a price that afternoon which I was happy with and I asked for them to do the work. But then the trouble started. Although they gave me a price, it seems that only a guy named Tim can provide a formal proposal. Without the proposal, they will not install the air handler. Unfortunately, Tim took that Friday off. No one could help me until Tim returned. The staff tried to reach him over the weekend and the Monday holiday... They said they called the installer to call Tim... No luck on Monday. No luck on Tuesday either. Or Wednesday. After sweating for 5 days while working from home in 90 degrees, I decided to give up the $295 and called another company to install it, and the next day they did. I just had to laugh when I actually received a call from Tim later in the week, ready to get me a proposal. Hey Tim - enjoy the $295. I firmly believe everyone needs a vacation - but there should be someone around the corporation that can get a proposal out and signed, especially for just a 2-hour job. If just for good business practice.

So be warned, if you use this company, make sure Tim's in the office.

Called Aloha on Friday @4:00, because A/C wasn’t working. Derrick was here by 6:15. Diagnosed the problem almost immediately. Chris showed up at my house the next day, @ 11, since they had to get the part. Installation was clean and courteous! They kept me informed by text throughout the process. I would definitely recommend them!!

Aloha Air did a very quick response analysis and recommendations, then installed new AC system just a few days later. Install team was very thorough and my new system works great. I recommend their service.

Riley is a consummate professional. He arrived on time. He walked me through step by step what he was doing to check the air conditioning system; he was careful and thorough. He answered my questions. He gave me valuable advice for what I could do as a homeowner to help maintain the health of the unit. His explanations were clear and it was clear he was an HVAC expert. I would highly recommend using Aloha to service or install your AC unit and of course most of all ask for Riley!
