ACA Air Conditioning

I called ACA upon recommendation for an emergency call on my AC system. The technical guy had rearranged his schedule in order to perform the service call the next morning. Obviously, he found the problem and got it fixed to my total satisfaction. Very professional. I strongly recommend ACA.

I called ACA Air Conditioning because my mother in laws A/C was not working. I spoke with technician Junior and we arranged for him to come on Thursday between 9 and 10am. Junior arrived at 9 am and promptly went to work diagnosing the problem with her A/C.
Junior was extremely knowledgeable and quickly found three problems with her A/C. He worked diligently repairing the problems and I'm glad to say her air conditioning is up and running like a new unit.
Not only was Junior very knowledgeable and explained what he was doing but he was very friendly and easy to talk to also.
I whole heartedly endorse ACA and in particular their employee Junior.

By far, the best service company I've worked with in South Florida, much less A/C company. Courteous, reliable, knowledgable and fair. They spend the time to explain any issues and resolve them fully. I can't say enough to recommend ACA Air Conditioning. I've been a client since 2005.

ACA is an exceptional company. Besides being professional, patient, kind, thorough and expert in what they do, they went above and beyond to solve a problem and leave us extremely satisfied. We will never use anyone else and we HIGHLY recommend them.

Cost me 5 years of warranty for not registering or advising me to register the air conditioning units. That wont ever happen again.

Apologies do not fix losing 5 years and I found out the hard way.

Yes the invoices were paid by insurance and I will be contacting them as well.

Unfortunately, nothing can fix what was done. Next time just let your customers know what is needed from them, simple fix.
