We were having problems with our RV air conditioning thermostat. When we had finally gotten a call back from Stew we were totally shocked at the unprofessionalism. He was being very rude. He said "I bet you didn't label anything either", " the blue goes with the blue the green with the green, etc and if you can't figure that out call me later." His tone was like talking to a preschool student. I will never recommend this place again.

Mike, our service technician, arrived at our home in a very timely manner. He diagnosed our problem and resolved our issue. Mike was very professional, courteous and informative. Thanks very much. We would recommend Kobie highly!

Recently had both repair and maintenance work done. The repair specialist went above what was required in order to explain many things about the HVAC system that I did not understand. Optimized the system to work most efficiently. For our yearly maintenance, we also had a very nice young man who, although not feeling well, was very kind, professional and did a very thorough job.

This company completely sucks. They pretend to fix things. One idiot broke my equipment right in front of me but they deny it. Lying bastards. Try any other A/C company. They lie. They do NOT respect the so called warranty and literally lies about things. I had another company come in after paying this rip off company. The new one told me what kobie did to keep my maintenances more frequent but finally when Castle Air took over, that has never happened again.

The service I've received from John C. has been excellent and I would recommend him an asset to the company. I've been with Kobie complete heating and cooling Inc. for 1 yr. and very pleased with them.

Prompt and professional. My air handler was fixed and Steve took extra time to educate me on several important issues regarding my system. As a single woman I appreciated the learning experience and the extra time and effort he gave to make sure I understood how to keep my system running properly.

These people are the best. I got to talk to the owner and he assured me all of my needs would be met with the budget we discussed. Very professional and they worked quickly. I will always recommend Kobie!
