Owner came himself to do repair. Thoroughly inspected the system and found the very tricky problem. Was on time, went the distance to get the part, and was very efficient. Outstanding communication. Will definitely have him do any needed maintenance and upkeep. Ready for summer!

Got this service from Home Warranty company. Came out fixed the problem the first time. Also, recommended some maintenance, but I didn't take up on the service. AC was running, but poorly. He had to come out the second time and diagnosed the dirtiness of the system was the issue. Got it cleaned and the system runs even better than when it broke down.

He was very professional and education. No sale pressure of getting extra services, but made recommendations when needed.

Got an rv trailer that has had a broken ac for over a year. Had multiple techs come check it out but nothing. A friend referred me to his brother and I said it’s doesn’t hurt to try, and miraculously it’s working better than it was before. He doesn’t even work on rv ac’s and was still able to get the job done right. Super impressed with the work and would refer him to anyone!

The AC on my trailer was blowing, but it wasn’t cold. I had two people come to check the unit before Olympic Air came. One told me it was my compressor, and the other said it was my motor. The Olympic Air representative, with all his knowledge and experience, had discovered that it wasn’t either of those things. Both my motor and compressor were fine. But a line had blown and all the Freon was gone. Now, the AC on trailers aren’t made to be refilled with Freon. But again, with his knowledge and experience, he repaired the line and refilled it with Freon. And now... I’m freezing my tail off!!! Thank you again Olympic Air Conditioning & Heating LLC!!!!
