Justin was Amazing! Very personable and punctual! I contacted him in the morning and he scheduled me for the same day. He was able to quickly diagnose why my air conditioner was not functioning properly and fix the problem. He explained to me the work that needed to be completed and the price. I will reach out to Olympic Air Conditioning and Heating in the future.

We had our system freeze during the night and needed help but our warranty people wouldn't come out for 2 days! Olympic Air came out within 30 minutes of calling them and fixed everything quick! Thank you very much for the help we will be calling you for everything involving our ac from now on!

Very professional. Asked for information before even coming to my house so he could be prepared for what I needed. Adjusted time to better fit my needs and was very professional when he came out. Completed work neatly and showed me exactly what he did. Follow up with me tomorrow on short notice to ensure all is well. I would definitely recommend this company and the owner! Justin and his team moved our ac unit outside to allow us room for a different project. We are very happy with the quality of his work and the promptness. We will definitely use them again and recommend them to others for sure!

We came home to a hot house on June 28th at 4:30PM, which was a Friday before a major holiday, with no AC and Olympic came to the rescue within 30 minutes of us calling! Justin troubleshooted our system for a good while but was persistent and did not give up. He found a faulty part and fixed our AC with a professional demeanor and excellent customer service. We definitely recommend anyone who needs HVAC work done to call Olympic!

Absolutely the perfect experience. Justin is a go getter, on time, hyper professional and knowledgeable. Explained what the situation was, how to fix it and made sure I understood the problem and the solution. Will be using him going forward. Super easy and responsive. Has all the new tech and ability to do it right the first time! 100% use him going forward!

I reached out to the company on 8/20/22 at about 5:00 p.m. I talked with Justin and told him my problem. He told me he should be at my home in about an hour. Right around 6:10 he showed up. I'm deleting the rest of the AC people from my phone and I have added olympic.

Justin did a great job ! Clean and on time for appointment. Very professional, we will use him again and refer him to family & friends. Thanks again
