Keith was my service technician and he was awesome! A true professional. Was on time and courteous. After explaining what was going on, he knew immediately what the problem was and fixed it on the spot. I couldn't be happier with their service and, for the record, they really do have the best prices in town :)

I don't know how to summarize the events that led up to a very stressful week other than saying that if we did not choose Todd's AC then we would probably be screwed.
Unbeknownst to us, our condo was struck by lightning and it wrecked our AC unit and the 2 condos directly above us. We thought our AC finally died off. Todd's found the leak and copper line damage in all of the units affected. This required extra logistics with the condo association, the unit owners, tenants, and roofers who had covered the access pitch on the roof preventing the AC guys visibility into our lines.. They waited extra hours to help. They worked with the various teams involved like advocates for us tenants when the HOA refused to take responsibility. They completed the work without knowing who they would obtain payment from. Jarod and Todd were true heros and took care of myself, my daughter two upstairs neighbors like we were family. They had roofers yelling at them to do the roofers job and the HOA denying responsibility. They had me and my frustration of not having AC for days. And they handled it in stride with integrity. Thank you guys so much.

I found Todd through my rental property management company 4 years ago or so. And I use him for my business and home.He could have sold me a new ac unit at home when I thought mine was done but flipped a reset button we didn't know about. And that was 3 yrs ago!So I trust this guy immensely!When you call he's so good about getting you taken care of Also.And everyone I have recommended to him has thanked me at my Salon!

Todd has a great business here. He is professional on time always working and has great follow up. He just installed my 2nd unit on a rental property at a very fair price with excellent work done. The tenant had questions on the new thermostat that they put in and they actually sent someone a back out to explain it to her and show her how to use it. That is the type of service and local business that im happy giving business to.

I had never used your company before and even though this is your extreme busy season he came out and got me cooled off within a couple of hours after i called. And the good news is he fixed what needed to be fixed and didn't try to upsell me anything. I will be recommending your company to anyone that needs a good a/c company.

AC went out on Sunday night. Todd himself came out in the morning and got his guys here within a couple of hours to do removal of old system and install replacement system. Techs were professional and got it done in a few hours. Very happy and would recommend them. Will use them again.

I would highly recommend Todd's Air Conditioning. Our duct work was a nightmare that resembled an Octopus more than an HVAC system. We were spending $500 a month in electricity during the summer in a 2500 sq ft house. Todd's team came in an did an amazing job, replacing all duct work plus gave us new vents and moved our returns to the proper location on the wall to give us maximum efficiency. In addition, he recognized a flaw in our HVAC main output line which was reducing CFM's by as much as 50%. They replace that main line and now we have great airflow throughout the house. I can't wait to see our next electric bill!! Todd is experienced and his team lead Randal, was professional and friendly and above all, knew his stuff. His oversight insured the work was done properly and was complete. Randal communicated any issues he encountered and was able to explain his solution to resolve it. His team was great as well. They were polite and cleaned up at the end of each day. Todd's pricing was competitive as well. I wouldn't use anyone else!!
