AC was out and Jim arrived within a few hours, diagnosed and fixed the water backup for a great price. Even blew out the lines twice to be sure they were clear of debris. I highly recommend him - fast, honest and exceptional service can't be beat!

Orion Heating and Cooling saved the day for me. After another AC company told me I had a leak that would cost over $1,000 to identify, and multiple thousands to fix, I called Orion for a second opinion. They informed me it was not a leak, just a rusted valve, and saved me some serious money! John was very knowledgeable, checked to see if my equipment was under warranty, and charged a fair price. Highly recommend!

Can't go wrong with Orion. Jim (owner) has been taking great care of my AC problems for about a year when I decided it was time to get rid of my 20y/o system and get a new one. I had 3 or 4 different ac companies give me quotes with at least one indicating it would have to be done w/o a permit because of the small attic. Jim and his team knew of smaller models with the same efficiency as the others, took care of getting the permit, did a great install, scheduled the city inspector for the approval and had the best price!! We love our new AC and we love Orion. They are the most honest and reasonable AC company I've ever delt with in our area. I can't recommend them enough.

Very rare to find a company with integrity, honesty and fairness. This is the definition of Jim! He runs a true service company. I hired him almost ten years ago to install a unit at our old home. We recently moved and he came out quite a few times (without charging us) to analyze our current system. We again chose him to install a new unit at our new home. He is super dedicated to his company and just an awesome person!

After getting an estimate for an a/c repair which Infelt was a bit too high, a friend Refered me to Jimmy at Orion. I called him right away, I explained I wanted a second opinion, and he was able to squeeze me in at the end of the day. Jimmy was kind, compassionate, knowledgeable, professional, and stayed well into the evening to make the needed repair and get our A/C up and running that same day. He charged me a fair and reasonable price.

Honest, well trained, polite and fair! Our AC went out today (on Saturday), Jim was here in less than 2 hours, diagnosed the problem and had it fixed in less than an hour. Only charged $75, even though he knew I thought it was a $200 issue. We have found our forever HVAC guy!

I have a Sears home warranty program that was supposed to have a company come out and perform a checkup on my AC.
They never showed up. So I reduced the package price I was paying Sears and then started a Yelp search. Jim from Orion called pretty quick with a reasonable price. He explained what he was doing in terms I could understand. He even helped get my dog inside. Ill definitely leave him a yelp review. Jim made a PVC contraption for me to poor Clorox into AND he was right on time for the appointment.
