It’s a toxic environment to work. The owner yells and screams all time. His assistant service manager Tim is an awful human being. He constantly belittles employees. They have a-lot of call backs due to pour craftsmanship. Stay away from this company.

This company is horrible!!! They did the AC installation for my office. One office is 78 degrees while the other is 67 degrees. They told us "There is nothing we can do, it is the way it was wired." The man who came out for the service call stunk the entire office up with the stench of cigarettes to the point that several employees commented on it. On his way out he asked me if I was still cold and when I replied yes (with my sweater, pants, and boots on) he pointed to the sweater on the back of my chair and said "then you should put that on." Terrible service!!!!

AC went down. Air West came out within 24 hours and fixed the problem quickly, efficiently and at a very reasonable price.

Honest company that has been in the Bay Area for a long time. Both technicians that came to the house were knowledgable and friendly. They stand behind their work.

7/23/15 - Right now I am very displeased with the service, the explainations from the management and the charges so far. We have had so many visits in the past week that we know almost all of the so called a/c technicians and ofc staff personally. 5 yr old system this company installed - sold with 10 yr manufacturer warranty - we were told that did not exist after diagnosis of needing to have the evaporator coil replaced. Today will be the 5th trip so we will have to see what they do to make this right. BBB might be next.

Not reliable technician, always comeback twice, when I call them for the issue what they make, I felt they don’t care, so I am not call them any more for my any service at all even though I bought the whole system from them a few years ago. No more Referal for them any more

This company takes advantage of seniors!!!! BEWARE! My mother's called this company for a quote. They said it was a crushed vent and charged her $60 to come look and gave her a quote of $800. I called another company that came out today and said it would be $150 and charged her nothing to take a look. They should be ashamed taking advantage of seniors on a fixed income - horrible!

If you are looking for fast, quality, and friendly service this is the place. It’s hard to find a company that you can trust in the A/C business. Air West fits the bill perfectly. I highly recommend.

Came out with masks on. Didn't have to ask for that. Loved to see teaching going on, experience teaching the next generation was excellent. That did not slow the job down, very fast and efficient.
