As he tested and replaced a broken part, Technician Kris clearly explained how it affects the machine's other parts, and how to improve operating the unit. He thoroughly maintained the system. I worked with Airwest to replace my AC system. I was in contact with several different people inside the company and all were nice to work with and knowledgeable. The company communicated with me through out the process keeping me informed. The guys that installed the AC were on time and cleaned up their workspace before leaving. Over all a great experience and great value.

I had my ac non contractor look at it, his quote was $200 less, but since a mortgage and insurance write off, I went air west, my contractor guy thought a new replacement. and AW did it w/o replacement. I'm having them at my other rental property I own next week to do evaluation. I hope people really review these, I thought good and I've Ben 20 yrs in FL with multiple properties and multiple contractors, they are good

Awoke in the night with no a/c and called two local companies advertising 24/7 services. No response. Called Air West and they sent Chris out, who had a service call ahead of me. My system was up and running beautifully before lunchtime and at a very reasonable price. Very Happy Customer Here. Thank you Air West and Chris!

Rodney was excellent. Worked hard, fixed an issue that would have been a problem in the future, did not try to upsell anything.

I was very satisfied with your serviceman Luis. He was very professional, wore a mask and shoe covers.
He impressed me with his knowledge. He was very thorough and made sure all parts were working properly before he left .
I need to have Luis come back and check my compressor for a possible leak when weather permits
