Conan and his team are honest, no-nonsense, courteous people. It’s a relatively small company. That translates into big savings because they don’t have the overhead costs associated with large AC companies. I had 5 companies give me bids for a replacement central AC for my condo when I made the decision to go with C&C. The two highest bids were literally 3 times the cost of C&C. C&C didn’t offer the lowest cost of the five ...but were very close. I went with C&C because their costs were reasonable, the factors associated with the cost were explained and promised service was what I had hoped for. Subsequent to installation their service has been timely and effective. When your AC situation requires competent installation and/or service, I encourage you to include C&C in your evaluation.

If I could give this company two start I would. On May 11,2017 I changed my A/C machinery with them. Three years later 08/01/2020 I call them again. The A/C does not work well 87 F temperature. They did not solved the issues put gas lost $ 287.00 dollars not fix the leakage and they told me that to fix the leak they had to have the A/C machine turned off for 4 days and the lady in the office told me the same. Two mounts later call again because still the same problems no one call me back! I do not recommend this company to nobody. So gland I found another company to fix the problem for me in couple hours with Electronic leak detector and Dye test.

Late on a Friday afternoon we discovered our air conditioner was not working, we called C&C and they came out within a couple of hours. Not only did Eric fix our house air conditioner but he found a problem with our garage air conditioner and fixed it as well. They are always responsive, professional and provide complete service.

C&C Heating and Cooling are a first rate operation. We had them install our system and maintain same. Being a single senior, I have found them to be a trustworthy and affordable firm. Thanks for a job well done.

By far the best heating and cooling company that I have ever dealt with. Being in the construction industry for almost 20 years it's a real pleasure working with Conan and his crew. On time and budget every time, thank you for all you have done.

Awesome Company. They came out quickly and fixed all the problems with our AC unit. Couldn't have asked for a better company. Definitely reliable and honest. They also informed us of everything that had been fixed and looked at. Couldn't recommend enough!

I have an air conditioner that was installed by another contractor. It was 2 weeks out of warranty. ac contractor said "too bad so sad" C & C talked to manufacturer and had warranty extended.
