Our AC broke on a Sunday afternoon on July 18. Called our home warranty. They notified Air Medics which is one of their contractors. Mike called us that same day he was contacted by the home warranty which we were so surprised since it was a Sunday. He was super friendly and set up to stop by our house on Monday morning between 10 am and noon, he showed up at 10:40 am. He had our AC unit running in a very short time. We are extremely pleased with the service provided……..pleasant, friendly, knowledgeable, punctual and reliable. It will be the only HVAC company we will use from now on.
