They were very courteous and polite showed up on time and was very informative would recommend them to everybody.

Worst service ever. Starting off with first call all the way to end of repair (or lack of). I called them out for my ac not coming on. They told me that my compressor is bad and it would be more cost efficient to just replace my 4 year old system. Quoted me $7,200.00 for a 3 ton 16 seer system which I declined. Called another company to find out the issue was a clogged drain line. Would NEVER call them again.

I have used ACR since 2016, when a new AC was installed at my former house. I have had a maintenance contract with them since. When I moved to Punta Gorda, they serviced this area as well. Every technician has been friendly, knowledgeable and professional. The staff in the office as well.

I was very happy that they called when they said they were going to call they showed up for the estimate when they said they were going to show up but we haven't received the estimate yet and that was a big letdown we were going to proceed with the job as soon as we got a written estimate but we have yet to get that
