Mike arrived right on time, was able to quickly diagnose the problem we were having, explain it to us and then fix it right away. He also thoroughly explained our options and what to expect moving forward.
It's tough to trust reviews when you're somewhat new to an area, but Mike made us feel comfortable that he was on the level with us. We will plan to use these guys for our needs in the future.

The company has been wonderful. I believe the Techs name was Ed or Eddie. He was very thorough and knowledgeable. The guys who came out to do the work were top notch! If Im correct, it was Malvin and Raul. These guys….. let me tell you, Fast, efficient and they took before and after pics. To me that was when I knew I picked the right company.

We had an emergency need with our AC after 10pm on a Saturday night. Ryan provided top quality service while being responsive and offered me an education about my system in case I had a similar future issue. AC Repair of CC just installed a split system in our garage. From the estimate to the installation we could not be more pleased. The office communicated regularly with us as to scheduling etc (we had to wait for HOA approval) and the installation team was so courteous, respectful and NEAT! We are super happy with the system and highly recommend this company!

Ryan was fantastic and very knowledgeable. Called and let me know when he was going to be here and was super friendly even though it was late and after hours. 10/10 thank you so much, Ryan! Also, to whoever the lovely lady was that I spoke to, thank you for being SO kind!

Absolutely terrible customer service and overall experience. They jacked up the price of our original estimate by $1K.

We had scheduled a time to get our AC replaced - our home was in the upper 90’s. A family member had to drive down from Miami to house watch during the of installation. We had stressed this multiple times with the company. The day of installation the company seemingly had no idea the repair was scheduled for that day.

The owner was extremely aggressive stating he had checked with our bank and the we had insufficient funds in our account - which was flooredly untrue. He then demanded we work on his schedule and pay in cash only.

Needless to say, we decided to go with another company. Extremely unprofessional and rude behavior from all representatives we spoke with over the phone. Terrible experience and waste of time.

Great people!! talk to a nice lady by the name of Sarah very humble individual very humble company. Ryan was the technician he came out did a great job!!! Got the AC system working quickly. Thank u guys

Best company here in Cape Coral!! My ac had stopped and I called for help and was told within an hour they were at my home within 20 min. And knew exactly what the problem was. Got the part next day and installed as well same day. They are the best!!!!

I want to say thanks to the team for the immediate response to my request. This is very important when outside is 90 degrees but A/S does not work. Special thanks to Eddie , the technician, for his professionalism and knowledge of work.

Today Ryan came and performed the maintenance on our AC. He was on time, got the job done quickly and provided us with answers and options for other questions we also had about getting more air flow in our home to other rooms. This company has been wonderful and I highly recommend them.
