I wanted to take a moment to compliment the outstanding job that Josh and Arctic Air of Northern Florida, LLC did on our home AC unit. We lost our AC today and as all us Floridians know how terrible it is to lose AC in the summer. We brought our concern to Arctic Air and within the hour of placing the service call they had come out and repaired our AC unit. We are very grateful for the unmatched level of professionalism and friendliness that was exhibited by Josh of Arctic Air. We highly recommend their services to anyone in the area that has issues with their AC units. Thank you very much!

Arctic Air is the ONLY company I trust for my home and business (6 units in total) In my health club, it is essential that all units run exceptionally and Arctic keeps them in tip top shape. The owner, Jason is honest and dependable and won't rest until his customers are completely satisfied. Arctic Air responds within minutes to calls, arrives promptly and provides HONEST solutions based on my needs and not the needs of their pocket. I have a policy to always get 3 estimates on any type of repair or installation. Since switching to Arctic 5 years ago, that policy is out the window when it comes to air/heating needs...it's Arctic without question-EVERY time I need repairs and replacements.

I called Jason at Arctic Air because my unit had stopped working and it was 95 degree day. He came within 45 minutes, checked out my system and got me back running within an hour. He was very polite, well dressed representing his company and very knowledgeable about my system. His rates were very reasonable and I will be sure to call him again. I highly recommend Arctic Air of Northern Florida for all your AC needs.

I've used Arctic several times now for different properties I own and have NEVER been disappointed. Their office staff and team of technicians are always polite, dependable, honest and a pleasure to have around. Arctic Air was recommended to me by several other people here on Amelia Island and I'm glad to have used them.

Beware of this company! I am amazed that the owner of this company can run a business so unprofessional and with complete disregard of respect for My family and I. We were treated so poorly by the owner of this company and his staff. The ugliest part of this awefull experience was that it wasn't untill after we made the commitment to use his business to replace our ac units which we considered many, we were fairly impressed that the owner himself made us feel like this was going to be a very professional and quality job and his higher quote than most of the others was going to be worth it. From the moment we gave the green light to move forward this man treated my family with zero respect and acted as if we were at his mercy. My wife felt bullied and was afraid to even ask him any questions while I was at work. This guy is a con man and it makes me so angry and sad that he can treat people this way. We make the decision to spend a bit more because of his initial impression, and that's saying alot, this is a big investment. I hardly ever write reviews but I cannot allow this type of behavior to treat others the way this company treated us. We felt like it was the right thing to do to honor our commitment to allow him to finish the job although I seriously considered having him stop and remove whatever he had installed before the work was complete. But we didn't want to go back on our agreement because that's what we teach our children. We paid him to do the work so we would let him finish against the advice of our friends. The funny thing about this is when I told one of my coworkers we were looking for an ac company, the first thing he said was, "Don't use Arctic Air!" Lesson learned and please don't let this guy get away with it.

I couldn't be happier with Jason. I called the office around 3:45pm on a Friday afternoon hoping I could get someone over to fix my ac while I was on vacation for 1 more day and my parents were staying at my house. He called twice that evening to update me on when he could make it out. I could tell he didn't really want to come because it was getting late and it was a Friday, but it was 90 degrees in the house which flat out sucked for my parents. I insisted Jason come in the hope it was an easy fix. My parents called and told me Jason was a cool guy (no pun intended) and spent only about 10 minutes there as he had figured out my problem quickly and replaced the faulty component. Extremely happy with the service I got and for Jason working really late on a Friday to take care of my air conditioning.

First contacted Arctic Air on a Monday that a/c wasn't working. They refused to come after 5pm on Tuesday or Wednesday (I was working those days & my husband was traveling). They agreed to come Thursday around 12. Called Thursday at 1:30 & they said they would be here by 4. Guy showed up at 4:30. Was told both outside & inside units needed replacing & they would call me Friday to let me know when they would arrive. He also said since we're tenants, we weren't a priority. Didn't hear anything from them until Monday. Finally at 8pm on Tuesday, the a/c was working. And although 1 of the techs was nice, they left my driveway littered with cigarette butts & a half eaten orange. The tech also said the old outdoor unit sitting in my side yard would be picked up the following day (Wednesday). Today is Sunday & it's still there, along with a dolly. Pretty sure the grass will be dead once moved. If someone offers to take the old unit, they can also take the dolly - we have a nicer one already. I would never recommend this company to anyone. From the secretary with poor people skills to the litterbug techs that worked at the speed of molasses, the entire experience was just bad.

Our vacation rental AC unit went down on a weekend after 5pm and Jason was on the spot within 30 minutes. He had us up and running in no time. That says a lot for someone to be that committed to his customers. Thank you Jason

WARNING! Stay away from other companies!! I called another local company this last week and paid a gross amount only to have to call Artic Air to fix the problem. My HVAC ran worse than b4 and sounded sick to the point of keeping me awake at night. I called Jason after asking my facebook friends who to turn to. Jason fixed the problem QUICKLY, and honestly. and charged me a FAIR price. The unit runs quietly and efficently now. They have a lifetime customer in me after this experience. This is a company with integrity that WON'T charge you for unnecessary repairs and charge you fairly for those needed. 5 stars is not enough.
