Friendly customer service. Not long of a wait for an appointment. Technician was polite and knowledgeable. The office even called me the day after the service to let me know that there had accidentally been a $50.00 overcharge and she was calling to resolve it! I would definitely recommend them to anyone.
Our AC went out and Artic Air was recommended time and time again so we called them. They came out the next day and got our AC going again with a new temporary part while ours was to be ordered. After some consideration, we decided it was time to put the next cost toward replacing our old unit instead of trying to keep our old unit going. They were able to get to us quickly. We were never pressured to buy a unit but was answered honestly to our questions. Artic air is who i will call to keep our new system going for maintaining it. They are very nice, professional, friendly and more. Call Artic Air and Jason will personally reach out to you even after hours. I highly recommend them.
Definitely do not recommend this company. Called as soon as they opened 8am and was told by a person not a operating system that a tech would call me later in the day. Waited until lunch time and I called them as it was taking too long to get a call back. I was told they had no record of my previous call and that they could possibly get me an appt three days from now. That will definitely not do so I called Jackfrost and they got a tech out to my house in less than 15 minutes! This company on the other hand just wasted my time and apparently have incompetent people on their phones. Definitely does not come across as professional especially with their replies to the other negative reviews on here

I have had many horrible experiences with ac companies. THANKFULLY Jason at Artic Air was not one of them! He was fantastic! He was quick, on time, and professional! We couldn’t have asked for better service and don’t have the dreaded feeling that we’ve been taken advantage of! He walked me through every step he took so that I understood, showed me exactly what work he performed, and explained all of our options with pros/cons. Our family couldn’t be more grateful! We will be repeat customers from here on out and will recommend using Artic Air to anyone in need!
Our five year old builder install upstairs Carrier 2 ton ac unit had been giving us trouble since we bought the house.It was a constant money pit for us and to make it worse , the builder warranty from Dreamfinders ran out after a year. Even with “maintenance” it was costing us every summer for one thing or another... . compressor after year two cooling always not working right... and other issues... we even had several other companies come over the last five years and they were really expensive just for service.. and of course ... it went out again. We heard about Arctic Air from co-workers and called them. Arctic air came out twice to fit it and replaced another part .. They were honest and said they were going to try this first, as it was less expensive, but if it doesn’t work, the next item would cost more... and that would be an 800 dollar parts and labor repair....and while it cooled at first after the lesser cost part replacement... it was still not cooling enough for me. ... the temp kept creeping up and It was going to be another 800 dollar cost to replace the additional part ... we could have tried this other repair.. but .I finally had enough with this troublesome unit! We asked them to just replace the unit and go ahead and put in a larger one for upstairs. I got a great quote and they adjusted my quote even more for the recent repair visits. Install was fast and professional but it still wasn’t quite right after one day of install. We called them because it was taking forever to cool down the upstairs... I called Arctic Air back ...and they came back immediately and fixed the minor issue, (which was a defaulted lower fan setting inside the new unit....a factory setting) . They bumped it up ...and it’s cranking out the cold air to my satisfaction! It’s a much better unit and the price was great. I’ll call them for sure to replace the downstairs builder grade unit someday. When it’s time, I’ll certainly call Arctic air again. They were professional, and reasonably priced and polite and came back when I felt my issue needed to be looked at more for my satisfaction. I hated having to drop a few grand to replace the 5 year old “lemon “ builder installed unit, but I’m so glad we did. Great job Arctic Air ! Thank you for fixing this issue and giving us a better unit.
The owner Jason came and was very professional. My husband explained the symptoms and Jason showed my husband step by step what was the problem. The problem was a easy fix. They even gave us a follow up call the next day. Glad we went with a local business owner that has pride in his work and cares about his customers. Thank you Artic Air
My Mother who is 87 years old has not had a good experience with this company. Jason was nice and gave us a senior citizens discount on the job but it has been a nightmare every since. First of all when the installation was done the technician did some damage to the ceilings by blowing the air to hard and the vents came partially out. The explanation was that it was an older home and they did come back to repair the damage a week later. Well 2 days after it was installed the heat went out (and this was in November during the cold spell). They came the next day to repair the problem and got heat back in the house. Well 30 days later the heat is out again (New Years Day) and again we have to call them for service. Luke, the technician, was very helpful and came out after hours and also the next day to find out that they needed to order another part for the unit. Well that has been three days now and we are still waiting on that part not to mention that I can't even get a return call to say when it is going to be repaired. Even though I did not personally write the check, the unit has been paid for so I feel that the lack of caring and after care response time is not there. I placed a call this morning at 9:00am and it is 10:15 and I still have not heard anything back. I also feel that the unit that was sold was a lemon and yes they are standing behind their work and servicing the unit but this many break downs in the first 45 days should not have happened and I hope that this is not the norm for the company.
I couldn’t be happier in my experience with Jason and his team from Arctic Air. Fast response time , straightforward reasonable pricing and top level service / install work are what you can expect from this company. The installers , Jim and Brian , did quality work and left the area cleaner than it was when they got here. They’ll get my recommendation for anyone in the area needing HVAC work . All around great experience .
