This is our second time using Eskimo Brothers. When your AC breaks in the middle of a Florida summer, most of all, you want someone who will come right out and offer effective and honest service. This is exactly what you are going to get from Eskimo Brothers. We highly recommend them, and will be customers for life!

Yesterday, June 2/2022 we had a bad electric storm. The weather was so bad, it put our A/C OUT OF COMMISSION. I thumbed thru Google. First company couldn't get to me until Monday, then I contacted Eskimo. I was received by Eron. He accessed the system and found that a fuse went out, and also the circuit board was "fried". He replaced those parts, in addition to installing a surge protector that would guard the system should it happen again. My mother and I are please with his focus on solving the problem. He carried himself in a very professional manner throughout the entire process. We liked this service so much, we made a future schedule for our a/c system maintenance. Thanks Eron! First impressions are everything in a business, and your sure made a very good impression in this household. 😎Thanks, a million!

I don’t typically leave reviews but the team at Eskimo Brothers deserves 5 stars. Dealing with A/C problems is so stressful but they made it VERY easy for me, they were so accommodating, friendly and efficient! Shoutout to Jay especially who was very knowledgeable and quick and got me taken care of in no time. I’ll only be using them from now on!

I called and Josh came literally 6 minutes later. This guy was completely honest with me, he walked me through everything and explained exactly what was wrong and gave me a fair price I knew a second opinion wasn’t necessary. Anyone thinking of using this company don’t worry like I was worried these guys are honest and knowledgeable. 10 out of 10. Very grateful. Ty

This AC Company came to my home to check on my AC for not having any power on the AC thermostat. They told me that my AC condensate pump is broken and needs to be replaced. The cost is around $600 for replacement. After they left to get the parts, I looked at the pump and it was very dirty therefore I remove water and slimy white substance from the pump. The pump started to work again. I even added some water just to see if it would pump or not. And It works like it is supposed to. I called the company to cancel the service and I told them I will pay for the diagnosis fee since they did find the location of the malfunction. But they did not check the pump carefully and just assume that it need to be replaced. I am a bit disappointed since you guys did not diagnose it well. The same type of pump can be purchased for $65 at Amazon. I am not sure the type of pump they are planning on replacing it with but I think even with the parts, charging over $600 for a service is a bit too much. I do appreciate that they only took $40 for a diagnosis instead of $49.99.

They did the job well in the previous service. They replaced the capacitor and did some electrical repair. They just did not do the job well this time.

Update: They came back to explain their mistake and returned the diagnosis fee.

This company was excellent at servicing our HVAC split unit. We had a bad experience using another company who didn't completely top us off with freon or explain what they did during diagnosis and tried to use fear tactics on us (since I wasn't very knowledgeable about A/C Units) to just buying a new system a couple of weeks before. Then we called Eskimo Brothers and TLDR; Our system was nowhere near close to being topped off with freon. Thank you to Josh for being patient and explaining everything to me step by step and being thorough with diagnosing our system. Will definitely call you guys again if we have A/C issues!

My A/C began blowing warm air on a Sunday. I called Eskimo Brothers at 4:15pm and Josh had it diagnosed and blowing cold air less than 90 minutes later. I appreciated the local, family-owned approach that so many "big guys" lack.
