Purchased my A/C Feb 2017 but was doing a remodel of my home. Daniel said just call & we will be out in 2 days. It took a while but the install was completed and the shrowd was completed later. Air and Heat took care of the problems and "All is good" - love the AC and service is good.

This insident was 2 or 3 years ago. Bought new box AC and replaced ductwork. That was ok. At about year 4. I had them come for a annual checkup. The guys that showed up said refrigerant was low. So I said add some, and they said they just clean and check. Wound up they sent, at my request, someone not their employee after hours. I watched this crook check for a leak all around the coils. He found none. Then he holds the hose from the refrigerant tank and points it toward the bottom to the coils. The refrigerant is heavier than air. Then "accidently" releases a bunch of refrigerant. Checks it again for a leak. Said its leaking, coil needs to be replaced. Coils were under warranty. so labor was about $700. Maybe this company had no hand in this scam, but I won't use them again..

Air and Heat installed this AC unit about 3 yrs ago and has maintained it since. The AC quit working last week and our tenant was most unhappy. Air and Heat were there within an hour or so and quickly fixed the problem. Very happy with their service and quick response time!!

We have been using air and heat for over 10 years. We have used a few other companies in the past and no one compares to to air and heat quality. They are professional and honest. I highly recommend them. Thank you Daniel for all your help and great work!

They are very professional people.They do great work at great prices. I had them put a unit in 13 years ago and another one today. I have had companies let the freon out and tell me that I needed a new unit. They will do all of my work from now on.

I am usually reluctant to try businesses that advertise heavily because if they were really that good, they would not have to advertise heavily. They were recommended by a trustworthy friend 10 years ago, so I gave them a try. I can't imagine why anyone would go to anyone else. These guys know what they are doing and explain everything to you. They don't try and sell you anything you don't need. You won't be unhappy if they treat you the way they treat me.

These guys are absolutely amazing! Very professional on the phone and in practice. Our AC went out in the middle of the night, I called in the morning, and now I'm going to sleep with AC thanks to Daniel and everyone else here! Best in town!

Showed up within the time window to perform annual maintenance. Polite and efficient. Told me I should replace my 20yo unit which has lots of rusted parts. (He is correct about that!) Informed me of cost and various reasons I should replace but did NOT try to pressure me into a sale. Left his card for me to call if I would like to discuss further.

Young and knowledgeable representatives. Great prices. The crew cleaned up after they installed the unit. Saved $1000 over competition.
