If you desire to keep your sanity, I reccomend NOT using this company. I have no idea how they have ANY good reviews...the office staff appears very unorganized, and are unfriendly. I have had such an aweful exsperience.working with them. Never again

What a mistake using this company. Do not buy AC units from them. Do not call them to service your units. Total nightmare of an experience each and every time I have dealt with them. Stay Away!!!

There are companies that promise and actually deliver.. PAC is that company..
