Igor and his team are great to work with! First, Igor met with us to strategize the best systems to most efficiently cool our 1915 home. During install, Igor was always available, and made sure we were happy with all results. We've already recommended him and his team to friends and family.

Last summer during a heat wave I suddenly lost my ac. I called around to a few companies I had worked with and would have expected help from. Igor from Hi-TECH was able to diagnose the issue over the phone!! and cleverly figured out how to solve my problem with a simple more limited repair than other companies were insisting were necessary and would take longer. My AC was back up the same day! I’m so grateful for straightforward honesty, responsiveness, and no frills problem solving which is what I got from HI-TECH. Grateful, and now they are my go to for HVAC. I recommend them!
