I have a property where the gas furnace started exhausting into the building because of a venting problem. They were able to fit me in to their schedule and within 4 hours the problem was fixed. They were very pleasant to work with and reasonable. I would definitely call them again.

I had the absolute best experience with this company and Larry in particular! My furnace stopped working and having little ones in the house, I needed it checked ASAP. Larry came out ASAP and quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it right on the spot. I felt bad because it was later in the evening and I’m sure just wanted to go home but he did not hesitate to come out and fix it!!!! Soooo reliable and even more importantly, he is trustworthy and very knowledgeable! He has a customer for life in me and my family! Thank you SOOO much for excellent customer service!!!

I use this company because they know what they are doing. I use them for both my house and my condo. If you are in need of a hvac company or thinking of changing from your current one give these guys a try, I'm glad i did!

I first contacted them on July 2, because the outside unit was intermittently not starting. They told me July 5th late in the day is the earliest they could show, which was fine. Their technician arrives, connects his meter, says the coil needs cleaning which he did. He assures me it is working fine and bills me $150 and leaves. The next day the inside unit is freezing up. I call them again, they tell me by the end of the day Thursday July 8th. My air conditioner is useless. Thursday at noon they tell me they are not coming because of the minimal tropical storm Friday! I ask when, they tell me end of the day Monday the 12th! I called another company, who discovered my system was low in coolant.

I am told that if XTREME spent another 15 minutes with their meter hooked up, they would have determined the same thing.

Bottom line, XTREME came , they assumed they repaired (but because of their rush, they didn't). They took my money, and left me to sweat it out for 3 more days, AFTER they took my money.!

I use to have my furnace cleaned every year. One year I was not pleased with the service from a prior company.. I called Xtreme and Larry came and OMG. He cleaned serviced our whole system. He checks the tank and actually cleans the flute. The price is fair and affordable. Oh and he is such a nice gentleman. I have been with Xtreme for 4 years and will be with them as long we have house. We are happy and our furnace is happy.

We were having trouble with a heat pump. Another servicer had told us that our unit needed thousands of dollars of repair or replacement. We wanted a second opinion and Larry came and did a thorough diagnostic, and found a problem with a switch. The total costs of diagnosis and repairs was less than the other company charged for the incorrect diagnosis. Super happy with our whole experience. Highly recommend.

X-TREME Heating & Cooling recently came over to do a AC tune up. The two tech's were on time, friendly and competent. They had to clean the condenser, the evaporator coil and ad some refridgerent to the system. The price they charged was reasonable, especially compared to another HVAC company (Climatech of Wallingford) who worked on the AC system in the past. No complaints and will definitely use them again in the future.

Larry did a great job very professional

Can't say enough good about these guys! They came out to install a nest thermostat a while back, and over MDW we tried to use the AC for the first time, and it wasn't working! I called in the early afternoon, and on the busiest weekend of the year, they promised to have someone come and check out the unit. Larry came out that night, and stayed to fix what was a previous mistake, plus install new equipment to make the AC unit work. Not only did they not charge to correct the wiring problem, but the new charges were extremely reasonable. I fully expected to get price gauged because it was an "emergency" situation on the busiest weekend of the year, but they were honest, and did not overcharge at all. Larry stayed late on a Sunday night to make sure that the unit worked. Truly, thank you for the quality service & price.

10/10 would recommend to anyone that has a heating/Ac problem in the area.
