Awesome service. I had some issues with the unit, making weird noices, turning off. I scheduled maintenance. The technician showed up and serviced the unit. They were polite and very respectful of the property and everything was explained in terms I was able to fully understand. My unit is working excellent. Definitely will continue doing business with them.

Xtreme heating and cooling were amazing! When we first bought out house they came out as a service check and estimate to possibly replace both oil tank and furnace. Few months later the circuit board went and Larry called me right back and was over on a Saturday by 9! We decided it was in our best interest to replace our 23 year old furnace instead of continuing to relate broken parts. Dyllan and another service tech (didn’t catch his name) came to replace the whole unit and I coincidentally worked from home that day as well! It was all
manageable as I worked here while they worked. They were respectful and very professional! They made the replacement of a furnace look easy! Highly recommended!! Both techs were great and answered some of my basic questions! Even down to the payment- my bank wouldn’t allow a e charge on the card, so they broke it down into three even payments and charged the card three days in a row! It was super helpful and convenient. Technician was on time and came fully equipped for the job. He was energetic, enthusiastic, knowledgeable and professional. And he did a great job. Best company I have ever dealt with for servicing of my furnace, hot water heater and air conditioning system.

No only is this company responsive their workers are personable & willing to take the time to explain in detail the issue & resolution. The had to bleed my heating system & there was a lot of sediment, fortunately I have a utility sink in my basement they were able to use. After they left I went to go clean up the sink & to my amazement they left it spotless. Unbelievable customer service especially from young men. I will continue to use them & refer them to everyone I know. Thank you for your service!

I called on the 12/31 due to an issue I was having with my furnace. The girls in the office were able to get someone out the same day. The technicians came out promptly and were very polite and explained everything they were going to do. Extremely satisfied and I feel like I'm in good hands.

Andrew just left after my first furnace cleaning as a new homeowner. He was professional, courteous, and even nice to my dog who was being an absolute jerk to him. He did a thorough evaluation of not only my furnace but also my hot water heater, and gave helpful advice on both.

We were having lots of difficulty with our cooling system that was put in by another installer. The original installer wouldn’t come to analyze it. We were fortunate to find Extreme Temp. They came and were able to fix the mistakes from the installation and get our system working again. Everyone there is so nice as well. Highly recommend.

Customer service was great I called a bunch of different places and no one was able to come out to fix my heat. The women who took the call went above and beyond to make sure someone came out I am so happy and the tech who came out did a great job. He was very nice and worked well. I am very pleased with the service we received. 🏆
