We're a long-standing customer of PackTimco. They are very professional on the phone, and their technicians are experienced, thoughtful, diligent and thorough in the home. As a company, we know that they stay on top of issues and communicate effectively until a problem is solved. Their technician, Jerry, did our 6-month maintenance yesterday. He has been to our home before, and remembered to check on his prior work on our electric water heater as well as inspecting our heating system. He is a skilled operator, explained everything that he was doing, and provided a lot of confidence that he was dedicated to giving us the highest level of service. Thank you Jerry and PackTimco!

We have used Pack-Timco for over 20 years. Their service has always been good and they are responsive when problems occur. The recent fall maintenance as performed by Jerry, who is very knowledgeable, capable and friendly. He does a good job explaining any issues he sees and helping us resolve the problems to avoid trouble in the future.

Jerry is pretty phenominal. Please send him to us again next time.

The Pack-Timco service rep, Jerry P. was absolutely outstanding! His response time to our call , on a Sunday night, was extremely quick. I was impressed by his diagnostic skills and greatly appreciated his professionalism and enthusiasm regarding his work.
If you are a Pack Timco customer, I highly recommend getting a service contract with them. If you are not a Pack Timco customer, I highly recommend considering them for your HVAC needs.

HUGE shout-out to Jerry at Pack-TImco! My A/C went out Friday afternoon when the temperature was 90 degrees. After waiting over 24 hours for my home warranty company to call me back, I called Pack-TImco's emergency number and spoke with Jerry. I was prepared to have him come out for a call, and had even told him to go ahead, but he walked me through checking to see if the unit was plugged and frozen, which it was. He said there was nothing he could do if he came out and recommended I just leave the fan on for a few hours and then try the system again. Miracle! My air is back on and my house is cool again--and it didn't cost me a penny. Thanks so much, Jerry. Guess who I will be doing business with from now with my HVAC??

I have been a customer of Pack-Timco for over 30 years and I am so happy with this company. Not only are they knowledgeable but friendly, honest and so responsive. I always request Rich for our service maintenance. Rich knows are house, us and our pets.
Last week our water heater stopped working and we called Pack-Timco at 11:30pm. We did not know Rich was on duty. Rich came right over.t. He checked everything out , made sure the gas line coming into the house was turned off. He reassured us we were safe and asked me to call the office in the morning.
The next day on his lunch hour he called us to see how we were doing, told me he was just checking up on us.
I just can not say enough about Rich, he is super!

The service representative (Matt? ) was personable, explained what the problem was and fixed it promptly. I've always gotten great service from Pack Timco. The office manager Sue is fantastic! She really stepped up in a difficult situation when I wasn't able to respond and gave us another shot. Much appreciated.

Jerry was exceptional-very professional, responsive and hard-working.It was important to him to deliver excellent service. We were happy with the job he did.

Waiting now for three months for a replacement part, paid $2k upfront. Was then told that its on backorder (COVID, Suez Canal and stuff) and was asked if I wanted another manufacturer. I asked which one and if mixing of vendors is advisable, which was two months ago and never got any response. Called repeatedly and also emailed. Nothing.

Service calls are reliable (thus not 1 star) but this is quite disappointing. I would go with someone else now but I don't even know how to get my money back.

Jerry came to do our yearly maintance. He was very knowlegable, friendly, & personable while explaing what he was doing and what was going on with our system. Jerry is a definate asset to your company! Don't let him go!
