I have used this service for many years. It has become increasingly difficult to arrange the service. The office manager is rude and since she is the owner's daughter, she is given a pass. I have put up with the rudeness, until I was told that she had no dates available to perform the contracted service. I asked to speak to the owner who I had done business with for years. Not only did I not receive a call back from him, I received a letter terminating my contract -- without providing the Spring service. The refund was $15 - a portion of just the monthly amount I have paid for years. I have never had a problem with a technician, but they are not the people you end up dealing with. In addition, they used to be more competitively priced but their estimate was highest of three I received to replace a hot water heater.
